I received two panda snuglys but am still waiting for the red panda I ordered the previous week. I was informed of a delay, and I placed two more orders recently but haven't received any confirmation. I've sent emails but, like many others, have not received a response. While I believe the items will eventually arrive, I have no idea when. The company should pay attention to customer complaints and at least respond to emails.
Like many others, I regret not checking the actual reviews before placing my order. I ordered a couple of weeks ago and was informed of a delay a week later, but then I heard nothing. I’ve emailed twice for an update with no acknowledgment, despite receiving daily marketing emails. I hope my order arrives, but who knows when?! The tracking indicates it’s still in China, which I wasn’t aware of when ordering. If I had known, I wouldn’t have placed the order. I expect a genuine reply to my emails and an estimated arrival time for my order.
I ordered these for my neurodiverse children, but they still haven't been delivered. The customer service isn't providing a delivery date and seems to be stalling for information. All I get are vague emails saying it won't be long. I've had discussions with their customer service, and I feel like I've been scammed!
There was a delay in receiving my product, but luckily I ordered well in advance of Christmas. I was initially worried it was a scam due to mixed reviews. Yes, it ships from China. However, when the panda and sloth finally arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality; they are soft, cute, and have a nice weight. The company should be more transparent about shipping times.
Have not received my Snugly. Website did not tell me it was out of stock, just accepted my order. Company acknowledged order in email, still did not tell me out of stock. Inundated with emails trying to get me to buy more, only when I contacted the company did they advise they were out of stock. Still getting emails trying to sell more. Then today an email arrives which start - We hope you have received your Snugly and is all ready bringing calm and comfort into your world. What a joke! They need to show if an item is out of stock on the website, they need to communicate once order is placed, they need to stop sending marketing emails every couple of days when they have not delivered! They need to be PROFESSIONAL. WOULD I BUY AGAIN - NEVER.
Ordered a weighted animal for my nephew, then for various reasons I try to cancel the order right after placing it. There's no phone number to call, so I mail them, asking to cancel my order. They're ignoring it, despite me sending a second mail. After 48 hours of ignoring me they dispatch the order anyway! They act like they're sending their products from the UK with the royal mail logo on their website, but actually it's sent from China and seller has to pay for postage back if they want to return it. Extremely dishonest and shady. Avoid.
