Like many others, I placed my order early to avoid potential delivery delays during this busy season. However, after over three weeks without any updates, I decided to follow up on my order. I received a tracking reference that showed my order was still at the production site overseas, 'awaiting collection by the courier.' I contacted the support team and, over the course of about a week, received various automated responses that offered vague reassurances. None of my inquiries were addressed, so I ultimately turned to a payment service for a refund. My recommendation is to steer clear of this platform. They appear to have no local stock, and their extensive marketing suggests they are unable to fulfill orders. AVOID.
This service has been incredibly frustrating. They claimed to have shipped my item, but after two weeks, they informed me that they hadn't. I received various excuses from them, which led me to initiate a chargeback through my bank. I strongly advise against using this service if you expect timely delivery (or delivery at all), especially since they are based in the Netherlands. I'm still waiting for a response.

I have yet to receive my order placed on 15/11/25, despite receiving confirmation on the same day. An update on 18th November indicated that the shipment was on its way, but I later received another email on the 20th stating it was officially dispatched. On 22nd November, I was informed of a minor postal delay, but I haven't heard anything since. The tracking still shows that only the order information has been received, without the package. I've reached out to the support team and am awaiting a response.
I ordered six teddies; only three have arrived, and they were quite late. I've contacted customer service multiple times. When they did reply, they asked me to confirm that I hadn't received everything. They claim one order was delivered, but I haven't received it. I confirmed I haven't received part of my order. Regarding the free gifts advertised for purchasing three, it seems that's not the case. I was sent a link to download something instead. These are meant for gifts, and I can't give three since I have six grandchildren. I'm quite disappointed, especially considering the price of £95 for three. I've requested a refund to shop elsewhere but have yet to receive a reply.
