Extremely dissatisfied with the service. I placed an order for three items on December 13 and made the payment through a payment platform. Since then, I have received nothing but a confusing email about tracking that provides no useful information. It’s odd considering it was advertised as a delivery by a well-known postal service, which led me to believe it was a local company. It seems like this could either be a scam or some unusual drop shipping operation from overseas under various names. On December 28, I emailed to inquire about my order, and while I received two apologies claiming they were looking into it, nothing changed! Upon checking my payment account to initiate a refund dispute, I found out that my payment had actually been fully refunded six days after my order. While I appreciate getting my money back, I was never informed. Had I known, I would have chosen another seller, and now I feel wary of all online platforms. Communication was poor, and I believe this service should be removed from social media and other platforms, as well as all other sellers offering these products should be thoroughly examined. It’s apparent that much of their positive feedback may be from questionable sources.
I ordered a Christmas gift on December 16, expecting delivery within 6-7 days, as advertised. I received a tracking number on December 19. However, as of January 2, the tracking still indicates that the item is in China with no updates. I reached out to the company to request a cancellation and refund since it was no longer needed, but they informed me that they can't cancel an item in transit, even though I believe it hasn't actually been shipped yet. I've now opened a case with the payment service in hopes of recovering my $90.
I had some doubts about ordering before Christmas for my grandchildren, but both items arrived on time and were a huge hit. They are of excellent quality, the right size and weight, and I plan to purchase more for the parents who were competing for them!

I placed an order on 26/11 for delivery to Australia, but nothing has been received. I reached out for help and was provided with a tracking link that doesn't work. I've sent numerous emails that remain unanswered, and I still haven't received the items I paid for. Instead, I keep getting automated emails promoting additional products. I will be reporting this situation, as the lack of business integrity is appalling. Their marketing tactics are misleading, and I am very disappointed.

I regret not looking at reviews before ordering from this company. Like many others, I've faced significant delays and a frustrating tracking system that provides no more information than the customer support team. The promised follow-up to resolve the issues has never happened. As a customer who was assured my order would arrive within two weeks, I feel extremely disappointed. The item was meant to be a gift for an 11-year-old, and now I fear I will let my granddaughter down. I hope to receive it before Christmas, but I realistically lack confidence that the company will resolve this in the next week.
Steer clear of this service. I placed an order on 24/11/25, and as of 17/12/25, I still haven't received it. The support team has ceased communication since I asked for a refund. The tracking number given shows no updates at all. Clearly a scam.
I’m thrilled with the two pandas I purchased - they are incredibly snuggly and have such adorable faces (which isn't always the case). They are well crafted and designed, so I would definitely recommend the service, though be mindful that shipping can take some time. I placed my order on December 1st, and they arrived by December 15th. The communication from the support team was quite good as well - I reached out last week regarding the delivery date, and they responded to me promptly.

The tracking link still indicates that it's in transit, likely from overseas. I reached out via email to inquire about my order status but received no reply. Instead, I only get an automated message stating that delivery will take longer due to the busy season, directing me to the tracking link. There has been no real communication regarding my order's whereabouts. Given the circumstances, I feel this might be a scam, as there has been no delivery and no adequate response. I am requesting a refund.
