Review Time
Received Card as a gift. Went to a store to use the card was unable to use it. Checked the balance on the card and it said $200. A few days later the balance was zero after having not used it. The transaction history said it occurred in a single transaction but did not show the location. Sent email to company on their website, hope to hear back with some resolution.
The same thing that happened to everyone else here happened to me, I got a $50 giftcard and went to check it, then I checked it on the valid site and it said I got all $50 taken off of it. This is a massive issue, as all of the giftcards have this website written on the back of them as the support website to check your funds. This should be resolved immediately.
Got a $300 gift card, confirmed the balance on their website and 24 hours later, the money was gone. I have 4 cents left to my balance. A quick google search later and I can't believe the number of people who have had the exact same problem. It seems like a very coordinated attack specifically with these gift cards from this vendor. I called customer service and they said they would send me an email with next steps. It's been hours and nothing yet. Will update this review with how it goes.
Received a $100 Visa Giftcard for Christmas from Giftcardmall and activated the card, set up a pin and checked the balance. There was indeed $100 dollars on the card. Tried to add the card to Google Wallet and it would not let me, so in my search on google for why Google Wallet did not allow this Visa Giftcard to be added I came across TrustPilot and decided to read some of the reviews. I became alarmed and immediately called the number on the back of the card to see what the balance was, and to my horror the balance is $0. A transaction for $100 dollars had been made the day prior, coincidentally, the same day it was activated. Now I am dreading having to go through the same process everyone else on here has tried to go through, to dispute this charge, otherwise, my family member and myself were scammed out of $100.
We revived a gift card from our boss as a bonus $150 only to find out someone stole $120 before it was even used. Cannot get someone on the phone and they say there is a chat button on their website, but we cannot find one anywhere. Horrible experience.
UPDATEThe card dispute department has been worked on my case for a month and half and finally resolved my case. I got my money back! They explained when I went online the website took me to another scam site and lost my money. I used the replacement card in store, it works!!! Thank you!Tried to activate my gift card, only one minute, my $500 is gone! I can't believe it!!!
I bought a gift card a couple weeks ago as a gift only to find that it was used somewhere else leaving a balance of .04Can't find any information on how to request a refund nor is there an option on the phone number on the back of the card or website to speak to a representative
