I have used this site for several years, perhaps 7, with no problems whatsoever. Have issued cards as gifts and heard no complaints from recipients. When I did inquire about the card use, (3 or 4 times total), no one expressed any problems. I wish my track record of satisfaction with other service and manufacturing businesses was as notable. I have used other gift card providers - banks, credit card companies etc. - with basically the same satisfaction levels as my experience with GiftCardMall.com (GCM). It does give me pause, however, when I hear negative comments as tracked by your organization but I am also very aware of the myriad of GMC pretenders who scam the public. I will keep such reporting in mind for my future needs of such product(s).
Activated an MC prepaid card worth $50 on 6/27/2024 via phone. Automated balance amount said $50. Funds were depleted on 6/27/2024--transaction says 'LILANAHOWE' from PHOENIX.Discovered this on 6/28/2024 when I looked on the website. I've submitted a report to the FCC (report # 17455****). I did NOT make this transaction.
I received a Mastercard gift card for $200. I went to use it and the store said there wasn't enough money on it for my purchase. I called the number on back of card and I got a recording telling me to go to web site to check balance. Could never get web site to work. So I called the number on back of card again and finally got to talk to a human. He said I had a balance of a little over a dollar. I had never used card. Said a purchase was made in July for a little over $199. He said said purchase was still pending but he could not tell me who it was made to or where it was made from So evidently my money was stoen off of my gift card before I even received it.
I recently purchased two $50 gift Cards through meal train. The charges show your name. One of the cards has been redeemed after much work and many phone calls. The other one has not been resolved they were made on June 3 and I would like your help getting the other one redeemed or a credit on my account, please.Through another phone call I believe I've solved this problem. If not, you'll be hearing from me again.
I went to office depot to talk to the manager on Saturday he called you guys to dispute my issue but no one solved anything.On May 11th, I bought several gift cards from office depot on 27th street (milwaukee) the transaction keep failing as the system kept flagging them.I got 2 transactions of $892.75 but the. Got refunded $543.85 and $592.75Went home to use 1 Mc gift card of $200 and 2 Mc. Gcs of $100 each. none of those work as they said they were not activated, and no one seems to be able to help. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Two $100 gift cards purchased, but both arrived with no funds. After a lengthy phone call, I was sent two replacement cards. However, when I checked them again, I found no funds loaded. I did not immediately reach out as I’ve been busy, but when I called today, I was informed that the cards had been used and the charges were outside the dispute window. This situation seems very suspicious – it’s hard to believe that the funds were suddenly used after I had already verified the cards. Overall, I feel this is a scam. While the customer service representatives were polite, the resolution was unsatisfactory and didn’t address the issue effectively. I would not recommend this service
