Bought and purchased a gift card for $135.00 and it is being declined by merchants and Giftcard does not have a phone number to speak to a live person. Stay away from Giftcard. They are as bad as Vanilla Gift cards and are scamming people. They get their money when you purchase the card and then it is declined!!!!
So I contacted customer service again today. I still have the receipt for the $50 MasterCard gift card. Not only are they giving me the run around but they're telling me to go to the store which I purchased the card, which cannot help me either. The card is NOT ACTIVATED even though the receipt says that it is. I can't even use the card and they won't even help me. I spoke with a supervisor # 04461 Waste of money and time . I wouldn't recommend that anyone buy these cards.
Purchased $200 gift card on 7/6/2024. The funds were drained on 7/12/24. Contacted the company who refered me to disputes and it just rings on forever. I'm looking through the reviews here and oddly they all have different contact numbers when the company is responding... I guess they are a scam.Edited on 8-26-24. We were able to contact their disputes and we were issued a new gift card.
The card was used at a regular bookstore with no problem. Disappointed that as soon as it was registered online to check funds, the funds miraculously have already been used to purchase online game stuff. Small amounts each time. I am lucky my daughter only lost $18. I think your site has been hacked.
Got a $200 gift card from GiftCardMall for our wedding. We got married a few years ago. We took it out of the packaging today and used it on vacation. We were told it has a balance of 21 cents. It’s never been used. Literally took it out of the package today. Tried calling the number on the card four times and was never given the chance to speak to anyone. The system did confirm no posted transactions. The card expires 6/25 and, on the back and terms and conditions it says, “no fees after purchase.” If the company is reading this, please make this right. If not, I’ll be taking further action.
Received $500 gift voucher to use but having huge issues to use this. Such a big headache and hard to get hold of someone. Trouble with registering the card to use the funds, stating unable to process the funds. Tried this a few times in different days and months.Have been contacted by the customer service and have solve this issue for now. I need to purchase something soon, hopefully no issues. Thanks
If I could rate this company it would be 0 if I could try to tell the public about them I wish hope that people would boycott. First the company only has certain websites you can use your card to make purchases. If you do make a purchase on a wrong website and the card Get declined you got to go through a long process of disputing a purchase that was never made. It was declined because this company would not allow this website to make purchases. If they know certain websites are not made to purchase using this card then they should show it on Their own website. You can't even link this card to use on PayPal or Google Play a waste of time
Was given a $50 gift card as a wedding gift. Went to use it and it says no funds available. Go online to check balance and it says "$50 purchase" with no other information. It says it was activated before I even received it? So basically yall just stole $50? Customer service is worthless. Avoid like the plague.
I would rate less if I could. I bought a $200.00 gift card from Amazon. Upon getting the gift card I register it with the website on the card. It shows a $200 balance I attempted to use the card. Couldn't use online or in person. Meanwhile it is still saying a balance of $200. I attempted to reach out via the website chat. Was redirected to the phone number. Where I am told the gift card was never activated and I am lying about it saying it has a $200. Balance. I was told to reach out to Amazon as it was definitely a mistake on their end. I rechecked the balance after feeling dumbfounded by the phone call. It said no card ever existed with that information. This just has scam vibes all over it. I received an email back from giftcardmall saying they were satisfied with the outcome. I am sure you are. You got my $200 dollars and I got a bogus cardboard girlfrcard. Save yourself the headache and never purchase from these con artists.
