I’ve been using Give me shampoo and conditioners for well over a year now. Fabulous products recently ventured in to their skin range and they are just as good. Fabulous quality. Just bought lots of their gift sets in Black Friday sale for Christmas presents.
I have ordered many items from them over the years and love their products and recommend them to friends. Never before had an issue. The orchard dreams cream and body spray is amazing. However I've recently ordered as I have many times before the 5 skin routine set and one of the items is missing. On their website the pictures and description says that it is included. Plus the packaging shows a picture of the item that should be there. I messaged the company to say that it is missing and I'm told that I did not order that missing item and it is not included. It says a five step routine and not 4!! Why not just say sorry and agree to send missing item.Why lie!!! They are investigating but I'm disappointed with their attitude.Edit since writing this review yesterday I did get another email from the company this morning apologising and have sent me the missing product. Thank you Give Me Cosmetics for dealing with this issue quickly.
Absolutely terrible customer service, Yodel said they delivered to my address, but did not, even the delivery photo, was of the wrong house!!! This awful company more or less called me a liar, by not believing me!!!! Don’t order from this company, all they are interested in, is taking your money, !!! Beware!!!!

Wouldn’t use this company!You go round and round in circles with the customer service! There More for money than genuine customers.My parcel was left outside while no one was home and can’t even get a refund. Id avoid and use other companies.
Extremely unhappy ordered over a week ago got an email about delivery rearranged to this Saturday 11th, no show delivery contacted yodel who have now confirmed can’t locate it.. reached out and offered a replacement which is no good if doesn’t come by Thursday for my daughters birthday!! No acknowledgment of reply since..UPDATE *** refund received, ordered same product from TikTok shop arriving today via Royal Mail WORD OF ADVICE USE TIKTOK SHOP RATHER THAT DORECT TO WEBSITE.. I ordered a cosmetics gift for my Sisters Birthday at least 3 weeks in advance. The carrier, Yodel failed to deliver it and i wasn't notified at all. It was returned to the company with no explanation. The only way i learned of its non delivery was when i enquired to my sister (who is recovering from cancer treatment) about the gift, to be told nothing had arrived. Give me Cosmetics have yet to explain what has gone wrong or issue any kind of apology or refund. So far the only contact i seem to have had is from some AI chatbot.
Placed a biggish order yodel have said they delivered yesterday which they didnt instead delivered me 2 huge parcels for 2 different people and 2 different addresses and marked it down as delivered for my parcel total lie i have cctv footage of the 2 parcels that was delivered,now if a shampoo set it 3ft tall and that heavy the delivery driver couldnt carry it the jesus it would last years give me cosmetics have now refused to refund me and are ignoring any messages.Ive spoken with inpost who own yodel and they have told me the parcel is delayed yet marked as delivered i have 6 cctv cameras round my house to prove just how big these parcel were certainly not shampoo boxes i dont lie unlike yodel and now my emails and messages are being ignored well my next step is the ombudsman and legal route my 2 daughters are now out of pocket because yodel have lied all we want is the refund but nope being ignored no off of investigation nothing.Used give me cosmetics for years spending ££££ at a time certainly wont be using no more now my girls have been ripped off disgusting customer service and suprise suprise no number to call on.
I purchased shampoo and conditioner with next day delivery on 22/09 for my holiday. It’s now 25/09 and nothing has arrived — Yodel tracking still says ‘with sender,’ so the items clearly haven’t even been dispatched.I had to repeatedly chase for a refund of the delivery fee, and instead of refunding the full £4.99 in one go, they first sent me £2.00, then another £1.00 when I challenged it, and finally £1.99 to make up the rest. This kind of response is unprofessional and shows they can’t manage a basic refund correctly.Very disappointing experience and I’ll never order again. Still don't have my items and no response from the company on when they'll arrive.
I ordered the blonde shot shampoo and conditioner as a birthday gift. It arrived in an envelope full of the purple product. I reached out with a photo attached and was told it was transferred to the relevant people to investigate. Nothing since after sending numerous emails. Avoid! I am now without the products and refund. I've given all the information with attached photo. Received nothing!!!
