I Love these products. I mainly use the shampoo and conditioner, it leaves my hair lovely and soft and easy to manage. My Daughter is also a supporter of the products, I ordered the hair care set for Christmas. I have recently purchased a lucky dip. The products that came added up to far more than I paid for them. Once ordered, the goods always come within a few days. Keep up the good work Give Me cosmetics. I will be ordering again.
I use this brand all the time for my skincare. Their eye cream is amazing. I was a little disappointed more recently though with a slight customer service issue, whereby my subscription item was an extortionate price. I reached out to them and they said an email was sent in May last year saying the prices were changing but I didn't receive this and nor was it in my junk. I asked to return the item as the price was far too much from when I signed up. When I signed up it was £6.99 delivered, then £8.99 then £10.99 and now they want over £14.They made it so hard to return, stating they want this that and the other, photos and screenshots etc that I left it. I would have appreciated at least the postage paid back so it was more in line with what I originally signed up to. It won't stop me using the brand though as their products are good.
Watch live everyday on tick tok have tried nearly all of the products and they are all amazing the girls on the live are all fabulous ( especially Jess ) and the team behind the scenes are awesome also highly recommend this company to everyone
