Edited after the resolution:I ordered a skincare product from Glam Global UK, assuming it was stocked and shipped from the UK, especially given the high price (£220 vs. £120 on Amazon US). What I received was not what I expected: the item was drop-shipped from Amazon USA, complete with a gift receipt inside the box.Nowhere during the checkout process was it disclosed that Glam Global would buy the product on Amazon and forward it using a third-party logistics service (Hipshipper). The company essentially acted as a middleman — marking up the price by nearly 100%, while giving the impression of being a legitimate UK-based retailer sourcing products directly.This felt misleading, and I felt completely overcharged for what turned out to be an Amazon order I could have placed myself (if Amazon shipped it to the UK).To their credit, once I contacted their customer service, they were professional and responsive. After a few emails, they acknowledged the issue and offered a £40 partial refund, which I accepted. I appreciate the gesture, and they’ve promised to improve transparency in the future.However, I’d caution anyone considering a purchase:➡️ Always check whether the product is simply being resold from another platform➡️ You may be paying a huge premium for a product that’s not even sourced locallyIt was definitely a misleading business model that needs more transparency.
Placed my order and got the product the only two words in English were “user manual” everything else is in Chinese / Japanese language I’m sorry not sure which one I did not even know how to co switch the product on or even charge it I emailed them straight away on the 1st of May 2025 it is the 13th today got no support or reply to my email really really disappointed what is the point of having a company based in uk when you cannot provide the correct information or help very upset!!!!
I ordered the Laurel Support Cleanser priced at £62.95 and listed as 'in stock' on the website. I received an email the next day saying that my order had been cancelled because there was not enough stock to fulfil my order. I then saw the same item was still listed on the website as 'in stock' but the price had increased to £99.95. Very annoying experience.
Purchased a product w delivery due 28 April. Delivery deadline passed, the product not yet shipped (as per Fedex tracking provided). I emailed the company several times - no response. Messaged them on their website. No response. Called them multiple times - get to generic voice messages. I definitely do not recommend them. Zero support. And no product.
