I had a little difficulty getting a motorcycle repair centre to work with AA warrantee. 2 said they would not perform AA warrantee work as they are slow payers. The 3rd I went to would only do the work if I paid and claimed the money back my self.I am in agreement. They are slow to pay. In this day and age I would expect same or next day payment.

Hi all,AA Warranty is the most not serious company I worked so far.Not paying for the services which I'm paying for. They've put me on the way for seven weeks to fix my car, all the garages they gave me, no one was able to deal with BECAUSE AA it is not paying.I have contact AA for so many times and aski them what is going on, and because they are not professionals and having unprepared staff, they where sending me to different departments ( trying to solve by myself, their job ).But, still, after seven weeks, waiting for my car, changing garages, calling them, asking them, no one was able to tell me what does it cover and what doesn't .The garages contacted me and them to tell us what is wrong. But, when I was calling AA, just to make things move faster, they where telling that no one contact them. Stupid attitude and trying to hide from responsibility. Bottom of all, I will recommend to all customers and future customers, read carefully the contract and PLEASE, stay away from them, they are not so good as you see. It's waste of time and energy for nothing.NOT GOOD AND NOT PROFESSIONAL.
This was the first time we have used our AA Warranty. We were first sent to a garage who we knew could not diagnose the fault on our car, however after discussion and us saying we would pay the difference in labour charges our car went to a garage of our choice and was repaired within two hours.Overall an excellent service and I would recommend AA Warranty.

Having bought a second hand premium car, complete with AA 128 point vehicle inspection and ongoing 3 month warranty, I have been dissappointed when issues started to arise .. No check was made of the service history of the car, surely an important starting point. Despite assurances from the sales agent, I subsequently found the online service history to be incomplete with the 32k service missing and 18 months overdue, I bought at 60k. On immediately servicing the car with Halfords, I was presented with a brake pads and discs amber warning all round. The service and brakes have now cost me circa £900. Air conditioning does not cool, so sent in for a recharge (not a warranty item) but find the compressor leaks (surely a warranty item) and requires the front of the car dismantling to access, so a bill yet to come! The garage dismissed my query re the service history despite paperwork saying it was complete and I have tried numerous times to get through to the AA agents but without success, the warranty company are only interested in failures? I have been approached to renew/extend the rolling warranty but I question whether there is any point, seems there is always a reason to reject claims?
