No toy is on its way

After sending another 20 emails, they’ve finally admitted there’s no toy coming. I plan to report them to the Ombudsman because companies like this shouldn’t operate. They provide no contact options and only send automated responses. I regret trying to support local businesses—next time, I’ll just go to a well-known retailer. I’ve sent 15 emails without any useful information, and I’m devastated by their service. I ordered an expensive kitchen toy for my grandson’s first birthday yesterday and have no idea when it will arrive. Daily emails get me nothing but robotic ‘thank you for reaching out’ replies. What even is ‘reaching out’? I’m incredibly upset because their courier informed me that if they claimed to have my parcel, it’s a lie and they’ll need to retrieve it themselves! What does this mean for my money? Please, do not purchase from this company; it's a complete scam!

Excellent quality

My partner recently purchased a baby walker for our granddaughter, and as usual, I was tasked with assembling it. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and the ease of assembly. Everything fit perfectly and seems to be well-made and thoughtfully designed. The final product looks wonderful.

Mixed experience with customer service regarding delivery

The item was good, but the customer service left much to be desired. There was no phone number available, so I had to email about the undelivered package. The customer service responses were slow and often vague, and at one point, I was incorrectly informed that my parcel had been delivered. The photo they sent actually showed a different parcel, at a different address, with a different signature. Ultimately, I had to contact the delivery service myself and, after navigating through automated responses, I reached a representative who resolved the issue quickly. The company really needs to provide a customer service phone number or improve their email response system.

Terrible customer service, order not received

I ordered a bookshelf and after 10 days with no contact, I followed up only to be told they couldn't find my address (a new build). I verified it was correct. Then I was informed there was no stock and a refund would be issued. After that, they claimed there was stock and it would be sent out. I followed up again and was told they needed to confirm my address (which I had already confirmed multiple times). Then, silence! I followed up again only to be told I had been refunded for reasons unclear to me. After complaining and requesting to speak to a manager (with no direct number, just a generic email), I was told it was being processed. I followed up again and was informed my order had been cancelled. Just avoid this company.

Customer care is a priority

I ordered a product through a third party and when it didn’t arrive on time, I contacted the seller for help but received a lackluster response. So, I decided to reach out to the company directly. I didn’t expect much since the order wasn’t technically with them, but their customer service was exceptional. They responded promptly and sent out a replacement the very next day! I was very impressed with their support and felt compelled to share my positive experience. The item arrived within a couple of days as promised, and I can confirm its quality is excellent. I would not hesitate to order from this company again and highly recommend them.

Customer service is non-existent

I ordered £200 worth of items, including a dollhouse, and after two weeks, nothing arrived. There’s no customer service number to call for updates, just an email promising a response within 72 hours. They provided a link to a shipping tracker that requires registration. Seriously, is this what they consider excellent customer service? Based on this experience, I would likely shop elsewhere in the future, regardless of product quality. Customers shouldn’t be treated this way; we should vote with our wallets.

Items have a strong moldy odor

I received my items today after a two-week wait. I'm not sure where they store their products, but everything reeks of mold. The £180 rug is unusable in my son's nursery, and even the plastic crates smell awful! They must be stored in a damp location.

Customer service is frustrating

Customer service was quite frustrating, but overall, I’m happy with the product once it finally arrived! I placed an order a few weeks ago, and it never showed up. I reached out to customer service, who eventually responded with an apology and asked how I wanted to proceed. I confirmed I wanted to continue with the order as they assured me it would be sorted quickly. The next day, I still hadn’t heard back, so I emailed again. Eventually, I got a response saying they were waiting for my decision, even though I had repeatedly stated I wanted to proceed. I've now replied for the fourth time expressing that I just want what I paid for and am still waiting for a response. It’s been a long and frustrating process to resolve an issue they created.
