Goodstack is scalable and an excellent choice for our nonprofit organization's continuous growth.Their dedicated support team is committed to data security, helping us feel confident that sensitive information is protected.Additionally, their platform, available worldwide, ensures efficient operations and support. These qualities, we strongly believe, make Goodstack a dependable and future-proof solution.
This is our third review for Goodstack, our first and second reviews were removed and unfortunately we have nowhere else to turn except to Trustpilot, our last interaction with Goodstack was on 30/07/2025 and our first interaction with them was on 19/06/2025, we have tried being patience and helpful to the entire process but as soon as our Trustpilot got removed we were left hanging by Goodstack support again, it's 13/08/2025 and we have not heard back from them again after their staff promised to return back to us "As soon as possible".I feel like they would push to remove this review again instead of genuinely trying to communicate with us, which 13 days are enough time to wait for them to reply back our email, which they didn't.I should note that we have provided a lot of documentations to support our application for Goodstack and I think it should be fair after all the process that we've been through that we're getting something back in return, after all, the validation process is their process to filter eligible organizations, and we're sure that based on their own description on their website, that our organization is and should be eligible.I hope to hear back from them because there's still that believe that Goodstack is still "want to see our application approved so that our organization can focus on doing good", I won't mind to keep leaving review if it gets removed if that means a response from the their side.
My organization was initially approved by Goodstack and I was granted access to Google for Nonprofits, including confirmation that my email was verified - they confirmed that I was affiliated with my non-profit that I founded and am currently President of. But when I tried to activate Google Workspace, it wouldn’t work.I spent over a month troubleshooting directly with Google’s nonprofit support team—who confirmed my eligibility but couldn't figure out why I couldn’t activate Workspace. Eventually, they discovered that Goodstack had silently reversed my approval, without notifying me or Google.I reapplied, submitted every required document, verified that I still met Google’s eligibility requirements, and pointed out that I had already received other nonprofit discounts through Goodstack for two different companies. Still, I was denied—again with no explanation.This was an extremely frustrating and time-wasting experience for a nonprofit trying to access basic tools to serve our community. Goodstack’s lack of transparency, poor communication, and inconsistency have caused more harm than help.
Ignored since 28 July 2025, we followed up on 03 August and have not heard from them ever again until now.Documents that have been asked and we supplied to Goodstack including our organization's certificate or registration, government-issued recognition document, founder's government ID cards, and tax ID card.We have some more documents prepared based on suggestion from several web searches shared from others experiencing the same problem, however it's impossible to get validated when Goodstack is just silent on the other end.
