Goodstack cannot fulfill nonprofit…

Goodstack cannot fulfill nonprofit Adobe Acrobat correctly.My nonprofit needs 3 new subscriptions for Adobe Acrobat Pro. Goodstack sent me a link for one that did not work because I already have a subscription to Adobe Express. Goodstack said it was an Adobe problem. Adobe says it's a Goodstack problem. Goodstack finally emailed and said "I understand that Adobe’s website mentions the discount for Acrobat Pro for nonprofits may cover up to 50 licenses, which can be confusing. However, the discount offered through Goodstack is available only for single licenses after your application has been approved. We know how important the multi-license options are for nonprofits like yours, so we’re tracking these requests and have already included your details. We’re committed to working towards a solution and will keep you updated on any changes to the program. In the meantime, we hope Adobe’s support team can assist with your query. "

Great support response time

I had an issue with using the provided link to pay fo the discounted (nonprofit) software and was not able to locate my issue in any online help searches. I contacted Customer Support at night, and they got back to me the next morning. I was able to figure out the error message myself prior to this, but was pleased by the timly response.
