Emily Knill was our conveyancer and she was brilliant, really took time to understand the complexity of the various property deeds and explained everything in simple layman terms- so many other solicitors tend to wrap you up in their own language. I wouldn’t hesitate on using them again or recommending them to friends and family. We completed in under 6 weeks from acceptance of our offer ! A very efficient service from start to finish. Initial contact is all by the app which is easy to navigate and questions are usually responded to the next day. Our sale was completed in 12 weeks and managed by Laura-Jo who was professional, efficient, timely, responsive and supportive, especially when we faced challenges from our buyers solicitor who moved the completion date 3 times. We found it very stressful but Laura-Jo remained calm and ensured our exchange date happened as soon as possible. Allof our requests for a call back were met and Laura-Jo kept in touch regularly on our completion day. Our final sale confirmation and transfer amounts were confirmed by email as soon as the sale was completed.

From the get go, the process was made so simple with everything being input through the app. When it was picked up by Caitlin, she handled the case brilliantly, keeping us up to date and moving things along quickly. We felt in safe hands. We had a very stressful week before completing and I know that Caitlin was chasing things up to ensure we met the completion date. Friday (completion day) was especially stressful as we were dealing with a difficult onward purchase vendor and solicitor. We had packed up the house by this point, booked days off and sorted childcare so it was such a relief when we got the confirmation.
