Total scum company, avoid at all costs. I ordered compression socks from this company for a long haul flight and they arrived so late that I had to pick up socks at the airport instead. I reached out for a return and the customer service agent was rude, refused to refund the shipping costs, and asked me to pay for international shipping just to send a return.
When I contacted customer services about what I perceived to be a delay to delivery of my new socks, the Customer Services responded within hours with an update. It is a long time since I have experienced customer services so responsive and helpful. My new beautiful socks arrived the same day!
Seriously duped. The company details showed netherlands in the EU so I figured a few days. However, once I placed the order and tracking was available, it comes from CHINA. I need the socks urgently for compression, but now tracking shows 5 days already just in China and today, only today, on the plane. So thats another 5 days MIN to get to me. All in all, 10 days-3 weeks total. Never ever would I have done this and I am annoyed I didn't check reviews first. Its a common issue. No idea of quality but this is to warn others who need them quicker, dont be fooled by the EU 'HQ', as this is from China 100%. Now I will look for alternatives locally and use these to clean the car with. Lesson learned, the one time I didn't check reviews.
Really disappointed in their compression socks. Firstly they took ages to arrive (they shipped from overseas, not sure from where). Secondly, I tried them on as soon as they arrived and was very disappointed with the level of compression. Have had better (cheaper) off Amazon. I can barely feel the compression. They just feel like regular socks. Thirdly, on second wear the elastic started to unravel from the foot and now have gone into a hole! Not good!! Also, personal note - I am only 5ft 2” and they are too long on me and also too big in the foot. They come up to where I bend my knee. Generally a bad experience and I won’t be ordering again!
I've ordered these before and like them as flight socks.So I ordered a set for a friend as a present - checked delivery and it clearly states Royal Mail 48 hours tracking on the website and on the confirmation email.Turns out to be a complete lie as they are coming from China to the UK and I am still waiting 4 days later. They haven't even left China yet. I will now miss the opportunity to give these to my friend this weekend. Support have replied but offered no alternative or apology
Don’t waste your money. I ordered two pairs a few months back and left a review (seems to have disappeared) I stated identical pattern socks could be bought from Tem* for about £2. A rather snotty response stated that pattern doesn’t mean anything and that Snox are quality. Implication was that this was a cheap inferior product for sale on Tem*. So I ordered exact pattern socks to compare. I wish I could post photos here. There are identical except for the Snox logo on sock and a slightly fancier plastic packaging bag. Don’t waste your money on this scam company. Produced in China, cheap quality at inflated prices. *Update they are desperately trying to get my review removed saying I bought from different company. Gosnox and Snox are part of same company.Order number 564839Don’t be trying to stop the truth getting out *
DO NOT purchase from this company. Their sizing chart is completely incorrect and the product is cheap and scratchy materials. I reached out to customer service for support due to the sizing issue (they are huge, even though my foot size is in the middle of the size range) and they refused to do anything. Now I’m stuck with $50 socks that are useless!
