Every ride I've taken has dropped me far from my intended destination. I've been paying a lot for long walks. Definitely not recommending this service.

Driver misconduct reported

I was taken advantage of by a driver in a city, who dropped me off early and charged me incorrectly. The support team only offered minimal compensation, which is useless in another country, while the driver continues to operate.

Alarming experience

Traveling with this service can be unsafe. I lost my phone and provided all necessary information, but they refused to assist since I couldn't provide additional details that I simply don’t have. This is ridiculous, and I may need legal help.

Extremely poor service experience

This is the worst service I've ever encountered. I deleted their app after they failed to resolve my issues. I was taken to the wrong address and had to walk 5 km in the heat, causing my friend to suffer a serious health issue. Absolutely unacceptable.

Avoid unless you want hassle

Only use this service for food or car orders if you expect no issues. Their unlimited plan is filled with empty promises and misleading terms. Customer support is nearly nonexistent, and refunds can take forever. This service is a monopoly in our area and has become quite disappointing.

Login issues for five days

I've been unable to log into the app for five days, despite multiple emails to their support team. It's incredibly difficult to reach them, and the lack of customer support is unacceptable.

I’m losing confidence in Grab

Grab were fine when they first started up but now I’m rapidly losing confidence in them. On my most recent journey, my driver drove like a lunatic and even got into a race with another driver who pulled in front of us on the freeway and slammed his brakes on. There could have been a serious accident. I complained to Grab but received no response. Don’t they care? They used to. I’ll be trying out one of their many competitors now. The loyalty scheme is now pretty worthless too.
