Beware! Complete fraudulent scam. I won $90 and was KYC verified and I redeemed to my visa. It went away, no where to be found and never received the $. I wrote customer service who said I can't redeem to visa only bank account. I followed up 6 times in 8 days without a response as I cannot redeem or add bank account because the $90 is gone. They took it and then without word closed my account. This must be some sort of joke. I cannot believe this is how they operate. Please don't play on here, it's dangerous to give them a cent.
Final edit: THESE GUYS ARE THE BIGGEST CROOKS KNOWN TO MAN. DO NOT SUPPORT OR BUY ANY PACKAGES FROM THEM. WILL ALSO HE REPORTING THEM TO THE CORRECT AGENCIES AS IVE EXPORTED AND HAD MY DATA ANALYZED PROVING THEM WRONG/LIARSBE CAREFUL. THIS SITE WILL LIE AND TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVENT PLAYTHROUGH YOUR PACKAGE WHEN IN REALITY YOU HAVE. COMPLETE AND UTTER JOKE OF A SOCIAL CASINO. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE GUYS. THEY WILL BAIT YOU AND MAY LET YOU REDEEM ONCE JUST TO DENY YOU EVERY OTHER TIME. FILE DISPUTES AND GET THESE GUYS ON THE MERCHANT FRAUD LIST FOR BANKSDifferent providers than most which can be a good thing. They have top tier SC deals with 1x playthrough. I Just put in a redemption for 460 to the card I used to deposit which is linked to my Skrill. So far no issues as they said it will process within 1-3 days. Will update further shortly. Hopefully there’s no issues like the people below. I’m fully verified etc also. Edit: Easy 5 stars. Got my first redemption no problem at all. Have another one to submit also: these guys are awesome, quick and legit. Edit2: lowering my review as it seems like once you get your first redemption they refuse to honor the others. They took almost 6k out of my account and sent me this message when I asked about it"Hello Johnathon, we would not credit you coins and then take them. Go to your profile section and use the transactions tab and then export your play. You will see the credit of coins and your subsequent usage." I in turn sent screenshots of the export which showed my balance go from 5980 to 20 overnight when I played the last spin for 12 sc. I haven't withdrawn anything because they denied my withdrawals. I've got gameplay and transaction history to prove it. In whatever format you'd like. They asked me to change my last review on top of it! They credited the 600 o originally was going to withdraw back to me after the denied my first redemption and kept my winnings. But then I won almost 6 k and couldn't redeem because of issues with the site. So I messaged support. Next time I checked my balance was at 20 SC. I had the WORST experience both times I deposited and played here. The games are super glitchy and it takes your money without giving the spin. The rtp must be terrible because I played over 1000 spins and got free spins 2 times. Betting 2.00 I won 38 and 140. Customer service was made aware of the games taking money without spins and did nothing about it. The verification process is very suspicious being kyc and not needing a selfie. I sent another email email to close this account. Worst I ever played at.
