I have been trying to redeem over $3,000 for months now, with the same canned response from support. They are refusing to pay me, or otherwise refund my deposits. STAY AWAY. I will be filing chargebacks with my credit cards. They first claimed that there was a glitch in the game, but that was incorrect. then they claimed my address wasnt updated, which is also incorrect. these people are running a scam website.
Customer service is horrible accusing someone of using a stolen credit card when it was their own credit card is insane and then closing their account and not paying them what was rightfully theirs that they won fair and square is even more insane. Do better cuz this is just wrong
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Grand Vault Casino. After playing fairly and having my redemption approved on Friday, my account was wrongfully closed just two days later on Sunday. The casino claimed that “someone emailed them” alleging I used stolen credit cards to obtain my winnings which is absolutely false. Instead of handling the matter professionally, their staff responded in a rude and dismissive way, showing no respect for me as a customer.It is unacceptable for a casino to approve a payout, only to shut down an account based on unverified claims. I provided my own funds to play, followed all rules, and was entitled to my winnings. Closing my account after approval feels like an excuse to avoid paying me what I rightfully earned.This experience has left me feeling scammed and disrespected. I caution others to think twice before depositing money here, because if they can do this to me, they can do it to anyone.
Currently waiting on an $1800 redemption from them. I first submitted a redemption for $1100 on September 27th, and they cancelled it, and said they were auditing my play for 883 SC as "No stake was made" which is odd..because if no stake was made..then how was I able to play in the first place? The $1100 then got returned to my balance, and I ran it up to $1800, and submitted a NEW redemption which then got denied again. For the same reasoning from what support told me.I submitted another $1800 redemption on 10/12/2025, and it's still pending and support hasn't responded to my emails after I told them I have video evidence of my entire sessions where they're claiming that I didn't stake anything so my winnings were audited. I will update this review when and if I ever get that money.
I signed up for Grand Vault on September 9th. It was new and had a few glitches. Customer support was there to get things situated. I had 25sc sign on and the games are playing amazing. I was able to redeem the first day instantly to my visa debit card. Friend referrals didn't work and the few people that tried to sign up had issues. Well I was able to redeem again about a week later and, again, instant. I had another minor issue but support took care of it again. Well I don't know what happened but I went to redeem on September 26th and it said 3-5 business days. Well ok... Now here it is October 5th and still haven't received it. I've messaged support twice now about it and not a word back. This site was on the way to becoming my number one sweeps casino but I've quickly changed my mind about that.
