These people are crooks they verified my account then when I tried to redeem the put my verification as pending and will not respond to me at all they are nothing but a bunch of thief’s do t waist your money here they finally emailed me back and said my account was verified but never applied it to my account so I could redeem bunch of thief’s your throwing your money away if you play with them by far the worst platform I e played on customer support is worthless these people are scammer and need to be locked up
I bought in at the $49.99 package and got up to $800 and tried to cash out. Even though I downloaded the history and could prove the math they continuously said I hadn’t met the play through requirements to cash out. Also support will respond about one time a week so this went on for weeks. Stay away!
Its been well over a month and i keep getting excuses of why im not getting a redemption. I originally had won 450 but was told that i needed to playthrough. So then i put 250 to 300 back in which put me at 200 to try and redeem. Here it is a month later and still no redemption and barely any communication whatsoever. Thank god I havent spent more than what ive already spent with them cause i ld be more than upset had they treated me this way and i spent like i do on some of the other platforms i play on. This has been by far the worst casino experience out of all the casinos ive ever had!!!!!!!!
After Referring multiple people, they haven't paid anyone, one is waiting on 700$, a week later no payment, my husband redeemed 50$ over a week no payment, reached out to support, told 3 business days, cancelled and use a different debit card because they have rejected cash app redemptions for my other friend, after support wa supposed to pay "in 3 business days". It's been over two weeks, we have both won on others platforms & already been the redemptions from all 3 other sweeps casino's all with extremely varying redemption time frames, but judging from these experiences & the other reviews they clearly don't pay as the big winner who have 5 Star reviews have to be paid to do so.I would give 0 Stars if I could
