This so-called company takes people's hard-earned money and deceives them. The contact number is useless, and the emails are repetitive, asking to confirm the shipping address. I just want my full refund, but I doubt it will happen.
If I could give no stars, I would. Do not purchase from them! I ordered an item on December 3rd and have never received it. It’s been almost two months. I contacted them just before Christmas to cancel my order since it hadn’t arrived, but they wouldn’t cancel it because it was “in process.” I’ve continued emailing them, and they just say they’ll review it and thank me for my patience. At this point, I would even take the item if they would send it. I don’t think I’ll ever get my money back.
BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could select zero stars. I WOULD! They do not follow their own return policy and refuse to issue a refund although it is within the 60 days mentioned in their policy. The product is cheaply made and DOES NOT fly as advertised! Although shipping is guaranteed within 3- 5 days it took over 2 weeks! The worst customer service EVER!
I wrote their customer service after the glider that I bought for my son would not pair with the remote. They replied and asked to send a video showing the problem and that they would send a replacement. I waited over a week and emailed them again because there was no response. They sent me another email asking for a second video, so I sent another video. This happened a third time (asking me for a video) so I have asked for a shipping label to return the plane and for a refund. I have not received a reply. This sure seems like a scam. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review in my entire life. Stay away from this product. Below is a copy of the 3 emails that I received from them. Note that they are from the same person leading me to believe that it is from a bot. On December 31/2024Hey William,Thank you for getting in touch.We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please send us a picture or short video showing the issue? Same story as everyone else. I have been writing emails since Christmas Day 2024. Asked for videos.. sent them each time. They just stop writing back. Then the day it was over the 60 day policy, they said it can’t be returned anymore. I wrote them at LEAST 45 emails. We did a dispute with the CC company. It was denied for absolutely no reason. We all got scammed. And the CC companies don’t even care.
Received cheap plane with broken front wheel. Got runaround from them and promised to send me replacement after I sent video that they demanded. Never sent replacement so I filed paypal dispute that I lost although I still don't know how paypal could possibly deny my claim! Then I asked them to send me video how to install wheel-never sent to me. Crappy company and crappy product .
