It’s really sad to buy a plant for your new home and end up with an insect problem instead. After about six weeks, we noticed that the plant was full of ants and other insects, and they started spreading throughout our apartment. We had just moved into a brand-new place, so this was especially stressful and disappointing.As a customer, you have no way of knowing what might be inside a plant when you buy it, and we trusted that the quality would be good. Unfortunately, there is no return possibility after 2 weeks.This experience has been very frustrating and has taken away the joy of having plants in our home. We honestly expected better and are now very cautious about buying from here again.
I placed an order with GreenBubble for two plants (one small and one big) and a vase, but only the vase and small plant arrived — the big plant was completely missing. I contacted customer service and never received a reply, even after following up. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend ordering from GreenBubble based on my experience.
Most disappointing experience.First impression the service doesn’t care.You pay for order in advance the service doesn’t care if you will get your order on time.You need to approach them each day to get status.Most painful and disappointing Green Bubble send you a sick plant full of ants and aphids. So you go through experience how to save plant which is cost 238 € and see how your partner crying cause can’t help the plant.We don’t know how long the plant is sick.

I ordered a Kentia Palm XXL (220cm) and Ficus Elastica Robusta (150cm). Instead, I received a completely different plant (a 200cm+ Bird of Paradise) that was damaged and infested with pests.I reported immediately that I received a plant that wasn't mine. Green Bubble repeatedly said they would "arrange" pickup but never provided a date or time. After 5 days with a big pest-infested plant in my home, I had no choice but to dispose of it for health and safety reasons.When I requested my refund of €203.91 for the wrong/defective plant, Green Bubble illegally conditioned the refund on removing my review. They stated in writing: "We are willing to transfer the amount as soon as the posted reviews have been removed."This violates EU consumer protection law. I was forced to comply to receive the refund I was legally owed. I removed my review as demanded, and after over a week of silence, they finally processed the refund.Green Bubble also falsely claimed I was responsible for keeping a defective, pest-infested plant indefinitely, despite their failure to arrange timely pickup within the 5 days I kept it.edited since I received my refund.
