absolutely cannot recommend this shop! I ordered two Kentia palm plants here, and they arrived infested with pests (thrips).
I reported the issue to customer service immediately—just one hour after delivery—along with photos. At first, I was ignored for a week, and since then I have been offered the same thing over and over again for weeks: a 15% discount or having to cover the return shipping costs myself.
Even though this is clearly a defect, my rights are being denied. I will now be taking this matter to a lawyer.
This whole situation is very frustrating, as it is obvious that the shop does not care at all about my loss. Stay away!!!
My order ORD53572 arrived almost a month after I had ordered the plants! They are completely dried out and were packed in boxes that were far too small, resulting in broken leaves. Furthermore, one Trachycarpus Fortunei is missing.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service for my recent order, which included a pineapple plant and a birthday card.When placing the order, I specifically selected the delivery date on your website to ensure the gift would arrive on time for a birthday. However, while tracking the shipment, I noticed that the parcel never even left the warehouse.I contacted customer support three times asking for assistance, but the only response I received was to wait up to 7 working days and then follow up. There was no acknowledgment of the urgency or importance of the order being a birthday gift.After the 7 working days had passed, the parcel still had not arrived. Upon contacting customer service again, I was informed that the parcel had been returned and was offered two options: to create a new order or receive a refund. Given the circumstances and the missed occasion, I chose to proceed with a refund.This experience was extremely disappointing. Not only did the delivery fail to meet the selected date, but the lack of proactive support and urgency from your team made the situation worse. The purpose of the order was completely undermined.I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve both your delivery reliability and customer service responsiveness in similar situations.
I ordered 5 products, but only received 3, and the plant sizes are incorrect (they're supposed to be 100cm, but I received one palm tree that's 50cm, another that's 70cm, and the third largest one is indeed 100cm, but the large leaves are bent).I expected the plants to arrive not perfect as webstore pictures, but this is quite unacceptable. Moreover, customer service claims all 5 were delivered, which isn't true. I'm very disappointed.

I loved that you could see the actual options of the plants (by sending a Whatsapp message) so I could choose the one that Iiked the most. This was the major barrier to order a large plant online which is now solved! Well done:) delivery was also great, neatly packed (with a day delay though).
The plant looks great. It was very well packed.I was a little bit disappointed by not receiving at the meantime the pot and the ingredients I ordered but the customer service was helpful and everything was delivered soon after. So almost a perfect experience !
