Great experience on ordering, very helpful whatsapp chat option to see the actual plants. They also have a lot of choice compared to physical shops.Plant was shipped quickly and track an trace was provided from the special courier. The plant itself was in good condition not exceptional condition, i excpected showroom quality for the bit more premium price they charge.
I have placed two orders here and unfortunately I cannot recommend it. They have a great variety of plants with good prices. But unfortunately they severely lack professionalism with delivery of their products. 1st order: product was not delivered for weeks. When I checked they informed me that is was because of the temperatures. This should be communicated proactively.2nd order: one of the plants was delivered completely smushed because the were packed on top of one another. They offered me a 20% discount. The product was so heavily damaged that this is not appropriate.In the future I will purchase my plants at a more professional store and recommend others to do the same.
I paid 80€ for a plant, they sent me a much snaller size that at the shop costs 40€. Instead if giving me the half of the money back, tbey offer me a 15% discount, and now that I refused it, they are denying me the label to send it back. NEVER AGAIN!!! Very diaappointed
I have ordered there several times already and have always been satisfied! It’s great that you can choose the plants in advance via WhatsApp. The plants are well packaged and always arrived in good condition and quickly. I have nothing to complain about and will happily order from you again!
Strongly do not recommend.At the time of ordering, a delivery date was clearly specified. The order was not delivered on that day, and there was no notification or update. After a week, I reached out myself and was told they were experiencing a high volume of orders and would process mine in due courseThe plants arrived in poor condition. One of them was barely rooted and wouldn’t stay in the pot at all. The largest pot, which cost €350, arrived slightly cracked.Now, less than a week after delivery, all the plants are gradually losing leaves — clearly the shipping process was very stressful for them.The pallet the order arrived on was extremely old and falling apart, with rusty nails sticking out. This is not what you expect when placing an order worth €1300.
Horrible experience with my fourth order at Greenbubble. They chose a poor carrier for my XL sized plant and that carrier basically kept my order for two weeks then returned it back to the sender citing attempted delivery (lie). And then after four weeks after repeated emails and WhatsApp messages to Greenbubble I finally convinced them to give me my refund. Just horrible!
I ordered and like the description said it was delivered like the website said. I was scared to order because I thought I was gonna get delivered a plant with no leafs but I was really impressed. The box delivery package very protective and well packaged. Really impressed by the professional team. Good job and definitely will order again from you. Thank you and keep it up .
