Somle of the items I bought were scratched/damaged on the the delivery. When I sent an email to customer services they immidiatley made an aoplogy and sent new ones . That is really a high quality company behaviour. We get the new ones in few days.

DO NOT PURCHASE

DO NOT PURCHASE! The coating chips away despite treating it with all the correct care and cleaning correctly. Then the Customer Service team inform you this is normal and it’s safe to consume in your food despite the two year warranty. Thank you for that advice Amy. Waste of over £100 on two saucepans. Seems I’m not the only one with this issue

##### GREENPAN PANS FAIL WITHIN A MATTER OF MONTHS! GREENPAN IGNORES WARRANTY EMAILS! #####Greenpan pans' non-stick lasts about one month, after which everything sticks. I emailed Greenpan regarding the problem, but they couldn't be bothered to reply. Avoiding warranty claims by ignoring emails shows the true character of GreenPan employees. They couldn't care less if their products fail.My email stated I followed all the recommended steps to keep the pan functional. Greenpan ignored my email and replied below with the same suggestions that don't work, implying that the failure is my fault.For any complaint, Greenpan will demand photos of the pans, and then use those to blame you for their product's failure. The customer is always wrong in their view.Read the hundreds of bad reviews. Their products fail, and their customer service is deplorable.

I have bought 2 frying pans

I have bought 2 frying pans, both convex, 2-3 mm upper middle. I got to keep the first one for free, I returned the second one to the store. It´s impossible get smooth fry result, these kind of fry pan. Very bad quality

We ordered 3 pans and two arrived with…

We ordered 3 pans and two arrived with smaller damages. Greenpan immediately sent two replacements that were perfect and we could keep the damaged pans as well.

Top Notch Customer Service

The non-stick material was chipping on the cookware set I purchased in June 2025. When I contacted customer service they replaced the entire set. Greenpan's customer service is top notch in my opinion and they now have a customer for life!

Extremely Disappointing Quality & Customer Service

We’ve had our GreenPan cookware (small pan, large pan and large wok) for 18 months, and from the start food stuck to the pans, and it has only gotten worse over time. By comparison, Le Creuset saucepans we purchased at the same time are still perfect, so this isn’t about how we use or care for the pans.We reached out to GreenPan under their warranty, and their response was frustratingly dismissive. They suggested we try their “cleaning method” because “It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food,” even though we always handwash the pans, exactly as recommended.They also told us that “Chipping up to 1 to 2 mm is a perfectly normal occurrence” and that “any imperfections… are considered a reflection of the hardness of Ceramic coatings” and therefore “does not require a replacement.” Essentially, they are saying the issues are normal and safe, and we are expected to just live with them. These are expensive pans and they should not chip so easily !For a brand that markets itself on quality and durability, this has been incredibly disappointing. The pans do not perform as promised, and the customer service response made it clear that the company will not take responsibility.I would not recommend GreenPan cookware. Go for Le Creuset instead !
