Review Time
My experience is very consistent with the other reviews here.I ordered from them once before, and my package took a while to arrive even though I am in Los Angeles (it should take 1 biz day to get to me once it is in the mail). When it came, the dress was strangely proportioned and much smaller than size smalls of other brands. Thankfully it wasn't uncomfortable, and I decided to keep the dress, but felt like I would not take a chance on them again.I did give them one more chance later, this time ordering up a size. I ordered on Jan 8, they confirmed the order but gave zero updates. I sent a message to them on the 18th, and on the 20th they created a shipping label and said the package had been shipped. Here I am on the 25th, and they haven't put the package in the mail. They should be realistic about packing and shipping times AND they need to hire more people to fulfill orders.
I ordered items from this company and they managed to fulfill 4/6 incorrectly. It seems they took the approach of “well we don’t have this so instead we’ll just send that”. Naturally I returned 5/6 items on September 25. Thereafter I expected some notification about a refund or to see my money come back to me at the very least. I didn’t receive anything. I reached out on October 5th and miraculously the next day I receive an automated message stating “Exciting news Ashley!Your return was delivered to Groceries Apparel.Once the return has been processed, you will receive an update.”October 8th rolls around and no update, I mean you received the items… how long does it take to confirm you’ve issued a refund?It is now October 12th and I regret to inform you that I have not yet received my money back.Based on my experience I do not recommend purchasing from this online store
I'm having the same exact issue as the other 2 reviewers here. It has been more than 3 weeks since I placed my order and I have not received any updates. On their website it states that it takes 5-7 days to process an order. It's been triple that amount of days now.....
I ordered a month ago but it’s not been dispatched yet. I try and contact them but never hear back. It’s a shame as I believe in what they’re doing.Instead of advertising the latest line, I wish they’d concentrate on fulfilling those backed up orders they already have.
Been waiting at least 2 weeks to receive order. Each time I request an update they say they will inform me asap... and I never hear back.I so want to love my purchase And even order more things, but I've never received my first item :-(
