Review Time
I placed an order for the high waist seam leggings. I absolutely loved them until they started to fall apart only after 2 months. I emailed Future@Groceriesapparel and heard nothing. I even messaged through IG thinking that may be better. No response. This company has terrible customer service and clearly poor-quality material and not willing to work with the customer.
Very slow customer service response.Most of the items are cute but did not fit..runs smaller. I had emailed 3 times because their return and exchange site is not working. I got one response saying sale items are not returnable. There was no mention of that when I ordered.No phone number to call..I hate that you cannot even speak to a live person.I finally heard back from someone after 4 attempts but it has been weeks and still no return or exchange label.I finally had to call my credit card company for a chargeback and it is currently in claims.If you buy from them and the clothes fit, perhaps it will be okay. But if not, it will be a nightmare dealing with customer service! And if you read other reviews, I am not the only one who feels this way.
Ok ok I was nervous after coming in trust pilot. I Spent 300 dollars and people were saying there orders took so long. And they couldn't get their money back etc... It took 10 days total (not business days) to get my order. I know it feels long but for a smaller company not operating out of your local Amazon what house I am ok with that. The clothing feels and fits awesome. I need to return because I bought some stuff in multiple sizes. Hopefully the return process will be smooth will update after but I navigated he return slips in the website and sent back already. Not sure what the iffy reviews are, so far my experience is awesome!
I absolutely LOVE the items received and supporting indie / US based companies! I did a fairly large order which included leggings and a tank in the pomegranate iron 3 color. The feel on the body is so nice. A few of the pieces ordered did not work for my color palette or body type, thus sent them back and received a refund. Yes, it takes some time for the order to arrive and they are slow on responding to emails. We've been programmed for speed, I suggest de-conditioning and re-orienting toward supporting indie, handmade, eco-conscious brands and the slow movement.
Grocery apparel used to have high-quality clothes. I bought quite a bit of clothes from them last month thinking that they were the same grocery apparel and I’m very disappointed very low quality. The shorts gave you camel toe. The larges were too large. It just was horrible quality very disappointed in the clothing. i’m all about supporting organic brands, can’t say this enough this was horrible. quality
They never respond to me on Facebook and instagram nor have given me any updates on the status. They are horrible. It has been 3 weeks and they haven’t respond. I think they put the items on sale as a scam so people can order and then they take extremely long time to send the item or not at all. Horrible customer service
No order yet after three weeks. No one answers phone, responds to emails. I requested to cancel the order a week ago after it not shipping in their stated three days, now they’re claiming it is shipping but I’ve told them 5 times to cancel it. Should not be in business. I’m thinking the company is just a big scam. Please send my refund.
My complaint is similar to others before me. I placed an order for biker shorts and a bralette during their Labor Day weekend sale. The items took 2.5 weeks to ship with no update— I had to reach out to understand why there was a delay. Upon receiving the items, the shorts were fine, but the bralette was so poorly made. There is not enough stitching or elasticity along the chest band to actually hold your chest in, therefore leading to them falling out, and the bra slides up towards your shoulders. I checked their website and there was no return policy listed anywhere. I emailed them to initiate a return and they said because it was purchased during a sale, it could not be returned and I could only receive store credit. As I said, there was no evidence of this policy written anywhere on their site. I confronted them about this and they told me I need to “google groceries return policy” and that would take me to their return page. They also sent me a link. However, this page is nowhere to be found or directly linked on their website. I asked them how they think this is an appropriate way to operate— telling customers to “google the return policy” instead of beingtransparent, and making customers jump through hoops to learn about returns. If an item will not be refundable, it should be clearly stated on the product page or at the time of purchase (as most reputable companies do). Each of their email responses was incredibly aloof and unhelpful. They do not care that they are scamming people and selling poorly made products. Every time I check the website, there is some other kind of sale occurring, therefore perpetually trapping customers in the same scheme of no refunds. I am extremely disappointed and advise anyone to avoid this company entirely.
How is this place in business? ZERO customer service, NO phone number, no response to emails... I ordered over 3 weeks ago, even paid extra for a shorter delivery time, and still NOTHING! I have not received what I ordered, not received a tracking number, not received a response to my numerous emails. This business is NOT BBB accredited, and has several complaints against them. *UPDATE - 9/23/24I finally received a full refund, thankfully. Their turnover time appears to be about a month for any transaction. Their company and products align with what I would like to support. Hopefully they are able to streamline their operations.*Similar experience as others have expressed. This company is very slow, unorganized, and seemingly, unfortunately, shady. I ordered 3 pairs of leggings and it took almost a month to receive them. They were of poor quality and too big overall, especially in the waist. So I immediately requested a return. A label was provided by the company via email, and I sent the items back. I assumed a confirmation or some sort of correspondence would follow, but nothing. USPS tracking shows the item was delivered to them 3 days after I mailed it. It’s been 3 weeks and no updates, no refund has been issued. No response to my email requesting the status of my return/refund. I disputed the charge with PayPal and was denied because “it has been more than 30 days since the item was received”. It has NOT been more than 30 days, and it is also disappointing that it seems as though PayPal does not have actual human beings review their disputes. According to the date that the order was PLACED, it is past 30 days, but the order was not received until almost a MONTH later, and I returned it promptly after receiving the shipping label. This company purposely drags their feet, knowing that it could aid in disputes resulting in their favor. I hope that others considering purchasing from this company come here first. Had I done so, I would have avoided them. There are many other companies that offer much higher quality products, that are ethical and honest. I will be calling my bank to dispute the charge, where I’ll be able to speak with an actual person to hopefully get my money refunded.
