Hi I absolutely love my sneakers. I have many complexed health issues. These amazing sneakers are extremely comfortable and very light weight. I have been able to get more steps in on a daily basis. I have received numerous compliments as well. Many people say “Hi you have those grounded footwear sneakers on right? How do you like them? I always reply I absolutely love them and highly recommend them.
I wore these shoes 5 times and the big toe has opened up completely and I have tried sending emails and calling to no avail and today I was told by a representative that I could not receive another pair or a refund,my order said I had 90 days they are saying I don’t
I left feedback about how much I love my black shoes from Groundedfootwear. I expressed a wish for more colors. I got an email directing me to a site that showed more colors in a different style. I ordered a pair in blue. When they came, I was disappointed with the color and the style (it has shoelaces instead of the slipon style of the black shoes I currently have. I saw the shoelaces in the picture but incorrectly assumed that they were just for show and that I would be able to slip on the shoes as is).
They got my order wrong and I called as soon as I went on my credit card I ordered one pair of women’s blk drifter s I called and told the person I didn’t order all that stuff They sent me a text Friday with address to take to USPS and pay to send it back !!!I still have the original package and it’s the same they gave me to return Today the email was gone I said they sent text but it was email I don’t think I should pay for return I have ordered every lady in my family those shoes and never had a problem like this before I was showing all my friends to order a pair because I love them Not advertising for the company anymore
When my shoes came I decided to return them as I felt they were cheaply made. I contacted so called customer service. It took four emails to obtain return info , they kept asking questions, making offers, chatting.It’s bad enough they don’t pay for return shipping, but I did know that. What I didn’t like is that they made it hard to return items. Buyer beware.
I love these shoes. I now own 5 pairs. I originally bought them to use on my trip to Europe because of all the walking and they really made a difference. They fit well, are breathable and made it very easy to walk on different surfaces like cobblestones and great for climbing hills without worrying about slipping and falling. You feel like you are literally walking barefoot with no restrictions. My only suggestion would be to add more colors to the collection and maybe a hiking or snow boot for winter.
