We stayed at Timberley farm with gour retreats and what a venue! The place was massive and so clean and tidy, group retreats were amazing to deal with, helping with every query I had and quickly. We had a fabulous time thankyou so much
Saham Grove Hall provided an unforgettable experience for our hen party! The gardens were absolutely perfect, offering plenty of space for various games and allowing us to enjoy the beautiful setting to the fullest. The customer service was exemplary; the caretaker was attentive, accommodating, and ensured every detail was taken care of, making our event seamless and stress-free. Their genuine hospitality and meticulous care truly enhanced our celebration. Saham Grove Hall is an exceptional venue for any special occasion – we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to host our hen party. We will definitely be recommending it to friends and family! Only gripe... not more time spent here!!
Absolutely wonderful experience at Ashfield Place Farm! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟We recently hosted a family birthday party here, and it exceeded all our expectations. The large, open spaces provided the perfect setting for our gathering, allowing the kids to run around freely while the adults enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish, with the caretaker going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Their attention to detail and genuine care made our event truly special. Highly recommend Ashfield Place Farm for any family celebration – we’ll definitely be back!
Our family had the most perfect weekend at Milton House. The house is even better than the photos and there’s lots of versatile space for large groups with activities for all weathers. There is a really well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a really lovely atmosphere. Everything was lovely and clean in the house and the garden was very special. Thanks to the caretaker Ross for greeting us and being so welcoming.
We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful Manor. There were 20 bedrooms to choose from all beautiful with en-suites. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need and so many rooms downstairs to choose where to sit or what to do. Board games and other games were provided in one of the cupboards lots to choose from and also a large chess table that the kids and adults loved to play. There’s a piano room, a glass room looking over the river, bar room, lounge with a log burner, large dining room as well as hot tub and bbq area. We had lovely walks around the grounds and to the river. There were so many flowers and trees to look at, the kids and adults loved it. It really is an amazing place. The people we booked with were also very informative and helped answer any queries we had beforehand and also messaged to ensure we had a great stay afterwards. We all had a walk into the lovely town too which is just a 20 minute walk. We can’t wait to visit again it truly is a remarkable place ❤️❤️❤️
An unforgettable weekend for our friends and family celebrating a big birthday. I would certainly recommend Timberley Farm to anyone looking to host a big event. We had 28 people comfortably and the pool, hot tub and games room were well used despite the weather !
We stayed at Glentworth Hall for our annual friends gathering. From the moment we pulled into the driveway it was clear that the amazing photos did not do this property justice, it was absolutley beautiful! The caretaker was very helpful, and at hand when we could not figure out the swim spa. All spare beds were set up with extra linen and towels, we did not want for anything. There was a very thoughtful welcome basket for our 3 night stay which was the icing on top of an already beautiful cake! Group Retreats were very helpful and responsive in the run up to our stay, all questions answered and enquiries dealt with. Our security deposit was also returned to us within hours of check out.We are currently in the process of booking with this company again, cannot reccommend them more! Abbey house was amazing, I was part of a hen party and really enjoyed my stay there. The pool area was amazing and it felt like a summer hoilday abroad. We had a few questions while we stayed and the caretaker dealt with everything quickly and without a fuss. Ross was on-site when we checked out and was a lovely man, he even helped me carry my bags to the car. Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and will definitely book again.
We stayed at Timberley Farm - extended family visited from overseas to celebrate a wedding nearby. It was a fantastic property, the grounds and house were immaculate and we couldn’t have wished for a better place for our large group to stay. Thank you!

The space we rented at Fawley Court is uncomparable, with access to privacy, versatility and a feeling of luxury that is hard to top.
