Alibaba have 60 days return policy and money back guarantee . I bought from them two android cellphones , and then I contact them that they do not work as they advertise , they send massage that these are cell with small memory 4Gb (my cell have 4Gb and is fast) and that's the reason they are slow , and maybe I downloaded to many aps (1 Game). Then I let them know that I want to return them and get money back , my account on their web do not show any record of my purchase . There is no way to contact them now from my account on their web .

Update 2025-09-07:Somebody stole my Sealup Q8 removable battery ekickbike. It became my favorite ekickbike, I travelled in one day 100km with it. It had a seat. It had removable battery which I could replace on the road with a charged extra battery for double range. I hope they still sell Sealup Q8 removable battery version on Alibaba.2023-07-19:Battery only 15.5Ah, not 21AH.Otherwise ok ekickbike.Scammers promise with 1 year battery guarantee 80km range 48v 21 ah battery of escooter, looks like Kugoo Kirin, but real range is 30km and 15ah. I made complaint and provided evidence within 30 days of receipt, pictures and videos, that trip meter and speedometer (shows double travelled distance than real distance, and 30% higher speed than real speed, and battery is wrong) but Alibaba still stated it's not evidence. I raised complaint again, they closed it, stating guarantee-issue is my problem which i can talk about with the seller, even though explicitly it says Alibaba will make sure seller will keep guarantee promises, and i told them the seller denies the issue and even if it's true that Alibaba should help me get my guarantee fulfilled they can't do it because it passed more than 30 days. I did evoke complaint within 30 days, but it was refuted on grounds of no evidence (although there was evidence), and even if it was after 30 days I should still get help because the battery warranty is for 1 year. How can Alibaba constrain a 1 year battery warranty from seller to 30 days? Scam. I can't even review the seller, there is no such option anymore. Now I chatted with Alibaba's chat agent who said i have right to support if seller promised with 1 year guarantee a good battery. I was given a link to complaint which i did but when i submitted the complaint it said "Failure" and then when i pressed submit again i was taken back to complaint start page and lost everything i wrote. On android phone the complaint-pages are scrambled and it's impossible to zoom in on small text, or the fill in text becomes super large and difficult to handle. So yeah I am complaining about both seller, Sealup ekickbikes, and Alibaba. Outlet Charge meter shows 0.740kwh when battery became fully charged which is 15ah. 21ah, 48v x 21ah =1.008 kwh.

Ali baba is not good for UK buyers alot of scammers the sellers agree to send you goods you pay the taxes and customs to the seller then they dont deliver good because they really haven't paid customs and duty, they call you liars as a customer they dont help you after taking your money they are so rude and can even block you ali baba has no powers of their sellers so if they block you thats it you can't get your goods or money back avoid this crap of ali baba s!h!t not worth the hassle, only way to get your momey back is if you rang your bank we file a dispute with your bank against ali baba. Its worked for me in the past. Customer support on ali baba is focused om seller support you as a customer get treated like crap.

£7000 order never arrived and I haven't had a refund

Does anyone have a UK contact number for complaints? I ordered faux fur dog beds to be made in China, I paid my money and UK customs confiscated my order because the seller hadn't filled the import forms in. I haven't received my order or a refund. Alibaba are not helping at all. I have since ordered my beds to be made in the UK. Snugbums

Alibaba. Disgusting china closed shop biased towards china suppliers. No buyers rights respected. They fslsely advertise trade assurance. Should say. No chance of getting money back if goods faulty. . Dont waste your timev disgraceful

Hi there, I'm requesting my refund as my ebike never arrived to me(UK) I'm still pay you money 💰 for it and as the last updated is still in China I've dealing with your agent called Helene CAO. She's always lie to me as she said conversation it was send via train 🚆 transportation and is almost in Europe .With all my respect to you. your are trading in Alibaba application and costumer trust on what Alibaba says! So as I was dealing with you agent! And she's not honest she's telling me sub story all times. She is not right for business and destroy your company reputation**The a last updated was today and the ebike still in China as I'm "unfortunates I can do nothing just keep chasing up my ebike which took more the 65 days since I've bought it."So now just compromise and refund the money back to my PayPal account please 🙏 thanks for understanding.Regards
