Review Time
Every time I order something I have to wait for at least a week since the item is apparently not in stock when the website clearly states that it’s in stock.
Currently still waiting on the order I placed on the 27th, it’s not even shipped yet and yet they advertise next day delivery. A joke of a company.
The claims of next day delivery are no longer accurate. I placed my order over a week ago and still haven't received my items. I reached out via email three days ago and have yet to hear back. I also tried contacting them on WhatsApp, but it seems my messages are being ignored. My past online purchases arrived the next day as promised, making this experience very disappointing.
I ordered several items costing over €100. First, there was a delay due to stock issues, which was not indicated on the website. I paid for delivery to my address, yet the delivery partner took it to a distant pickup point without attempting to deliver to my home, even though I was there all day. I then spent two more weeks trying to track it down and resolve it with the customer service team, and in the end, I didn’t even receive an apology. Horrible service; I won’t order from here again.

The website has a wide range of high-quality products, making it easy to find what I need. Communication was quick and clear — my inquiries were answered promptly via email. Delivery was also speedy, and everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Overall, a smooth and dependable shopping experience. I will certainly order again.
Delivery took a long time, even though I knew one item was incorrect. Now, I’m trying to return it, but there are no clear guidelines on the website, and the return options don’t include my country, even though they shipped here. It’s confusing and lacks transparency. I won't order from here again.
The website does not indicate when items are out of stock. They still promise delivery for the next day. I ordered items for an event, but they were never sent. Customer support informed me they are waiting to fulfill the order. I wouldn’t have ordered if this was clear on the website. Very unhappy with the experience.
I placed an order on November 4th. After sending three emails, I was told it would ship on November 11th. They advertise products that they don’t actually have in stock. If you need something urgently, avoid ordering here! The website claims it will ship the next day. I wanted to use the hair toner today. How long must I wait? This feels like a scam :(
