After thinking about surgery for years, I went to Hair Growth Centre. Consulted Dr Mahdi and he was honest about results. He told me to expect slow growth and not to panic if hair shed first. I followed instructions, did PRP and transplant. Now after nine months, my hair is thick. I feel more confident every day. The staff call to remind me about check-ups, which is nice.
"I visited a few different clinics before deciding, and let me tell you – there is a big difference. At the other two clinics I went to, I didn’t even get to meet the doctor. It felt more like a sales pitch – they just said what I wanted to hear and tried to get me to sign up fast. HGC was totally different. From my first meeting with Shahida, things felt way more professional. she’s been my main contact the whole time and has been amazing throughout. At my first consultation, I also met Dr Sami, who was very honest and clear about what could be done – he didn’t overpromise and explained everything really well. Dr Sami and his team were brilliant during the surgery, and Shahida has been checking in with me ever since – especially during those first few days when you feel a bit unsure. It’s been about 7 weeks since the surgery now (as I write this, and I’m still really happy with how everything really well. After meeting shahida and dr Sami, I booked my surgery the next day. The whole process exceeded my expectations. The best thing was the price was reasonable and I didn't have to go to Turkey. In fact the transplant cost alot less than some of what's advertised in Turkey. The customer service was above and beyond and did everything to make the process as smooth as possible bear in mind I live about 3 hours from the clinic they were able to give me an accurate consultation. DR Vishal was professional and realistic with what could be done. The procces was a bit painful however I've always said no pain no gain. I had around 3000 grafts. I came in at 8am and was in thr way home by 3pm. I highly recommend having your transplant done here no need for the inconvenience of Turkey.
I made a 270 mile round trip for this surgery based on a recommendation and I am so grateful to Dr Nayak for the information and sincere advice he provided and his team for their unrelenting dedication to the task in hand. Had my surgery on Saturday and just wanted to share my amazing hair transplant experience with Dr Vishal Nayak, Hajra and Elena. Upon arrival I was extremely nervous as to what to expect, but I was greeted by a friendly team member at reception, signed some paperwork and was straight up to the surgery room. This is where I met Elena who done an amazing job looking after me all day, so polite and freindly. After a few medicals, Dr Nayak marked out the requested hairline along with the donor and implant areas. Dr Nayak was friendly answered my questions, explained my grafts and their allocation and was very professional and honest. Next was the anaesthetics this was the painful part but it only lasts about 5 mins after this theres no pain. Once the anaestethics kicked in we were ready for extraction, extraction was completed by a technician named Hajra, such a pleasant a polite lady who talked to me throughout, made me feel comfortable, accommodating any issues I had, regularly asking if I was feeling any pain and applying anaesthetics where needed, can’t thank her enough.Straight after a light lunch, Dr Nayak completed the channeling, no pain at all, and I was back in the hands of the lovely Elena and Hajra who meticulously and quickly inserted the graft hairs into the channels, a quick bandage on the back and we were done.Was given 20 mins of detailed post operative instructions by the amazing Hajra who answered all my questions with clarity, she also provided me with a goody bag (spray bottle, headband, medical tissues and medication).Dr Nayak also came into see me before we left, had a 10 minute chat, gave some amazing advice regarding aftercare and what to do if I had any concerns or complications after the procedure, again I had a few questions and they were answered.Overall from the moment I walked through the door to the final chat I had with Dr Nayak, I can’t fault anything, everyone I spoke to at reception, Elena, Hajra and Dr Nayak made my day comfortable, relaxing and pleasant.I would highly recommend HGC, Dr Nayak and his team for surgery, 5 star service, don’t look anywhere else.Will update review 3 months time….
