I had my first hair transplant with this clinic and while the initial results weren’t exactly what I hoped for, I really appreciate how supportive and transparent the team has been. Communication has been excellent throughout. They’ve listened, offered great advice, and I’m now looking forward to my second transplant with PRP in August. Having had a hair transplant in Tukey and now here with Hair Growth Center; I can assure you that this clinic surpassed my expectations. Very happy with the professional conduct of the team and I am greatful for having Dr Shuaib Mir as my surgeon. He was receptive and attentive to my concerns and had gone above and beyond to deliver excellent care. He gave me exactly what I wanted whilst being open and transparent with me throughout the procedure. I was well looking after moment I entered building the staff were excellent and professional I met dr Vishal and went through where my new hair line should be I had there staff with me at all time when transplant took place took about 7 hours with a break to eat and drink the outcome was all I hoped for and imagined I’m so glad I had I’d don’t feel like I’ve got another throw of the dice in life .i like to thank all the team and there great effort . I’m looking forward to the forth month when the regrowing starts in full bloom . I highly recommend this clinic
I am already extremely upset. Firstly, whilst my technicians were very good with reassuring me and trying to keep me calm, the results are not what I expected after going through so much initial pain. The whole point of paying this money was for my hairline to be brought back to its original place and this has not been achieved. My mother, sister and friend have all commented on how far back the new hairline is. Not only did I mention this when it was being marked out, but I also mentioned it after and asked to see the dr. I was told that the dr was busy and I could send a message on the number provided. I sent a message first thing in the morning, which was not replied to, I also sent an email the following day and sent a web form the same day I got home. I was reluctant to use this clinic in the first place but after being advised that Dr Mir was a BME hair specialist I took a chance. I am actually feeling extremely depressed with how far back the hairline is and regret not going to Turkey. I wanted to trust a UK clinic and now im kicking myself. Honestly, do your research first and sometimes cheaper is not always worth it
I had a hair transplant with Dr Rafiq last year. The clinic is very modern and clean. They had me fill out forms before arriving, which saved time. On surgery day, they took photos of my head and showed me the planning area. Dr Rafiq drew my new hairline while chatting and making me laugh. . After surgery I had mild swelling, but they gave me ice packs. At month five, I see strong regrowth. Now at month ten, it's all thick. I'm so happy I did this.
Avoid at all costs! For context I am putting this review back up as I was promised a refund to remove my previous one see below in the screenshots. Overall my experience was extremely poor from the promise of the density in my hair on the initial meeting which wasn’t delivered to the technicians working on my head definitely not being trained properly, once again see below a Glassdoor review backing up this claim. I was promised the world by doctor dita who by the way have since been removed from the business. After complaining on here I was contacted by customer service who after back and forth communication confirmed a refund would be issued and for me to remove my review only for them to come back once I had done so to say they had messaged the wrong Aaron which sounds extremely convenient that 2 people with the same name have had the the same issue at the same time. This is 100% acting in bad faith, if anybody else has faced similar issues please like this post and I will be in contact
