Surgery went well, my team who performed the Surgery were very helpful supportive and polite. They always checked on me as they did the hair transplant procedure and explained what they were doing. I felt reassured and felt comfortable knowing I was in good hands. Surgery last about 6 hours with a break for lunch. Hopefully will see the results in the next 9 months+. I would recommend taking Finasteride tablet after surgery, that's 1mg tablet a day for gents. They surgery will explain and also provide you with aftercare advice and contact numbers.
scammers aviod paid deposit was told i had 30 days to ask for refund of deposit ...5 days later after paying deposit saw someone who had transplant done here and it looked horrible so decided not to get any work done here asked for refund of £400 deposit but told i could not have one so they just stole £400 for nothing

Absolutely blown away from start to finish. The professionalism from the very first consultation to the treatment on the day right up to the aftercare and calls six months later has been brilliant. The whole team are 5 star! The actual treatment itself was explained well, the process after was clear and easy to follow. Would highly recommend anyone. I don’t see how you could improve your service in anyway at all!
I had a hair transplant with Dr Mahdi and he did an amazing job. The clinic was spotless and felt safe. Dr Mahdi took time to plan my new hairline and made sure I was happy. The surgery took about five hours,and he was very gentle. After, he called me the same day to check how I was. Really caring service.At 12 months, I see a big difference. My head looks normal again.
Had my FUE transplant done at the Maida Vale branch and honestly, everything went really smooth. The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable from the start. Clinic looked really clean and modern too. The procedure didn’t take too long, just a few hours and I didn’t feel much pain at all. They explained the aftercare very clearly and it was easy to follow. From my first consultation all the way to the surgery day, everyone was really professional and helpful. I felt like I was in safe hands the whole time. Now that it’s done, I just gotta wait and see how the results come out in a few months. But so far I’m happy and would defo recomend Hair Growth Centre Clinic. One of the best out there for sure.
This review focuses on the lead-up to surgery and the procedure itself, as it’s too early to assess the final hairline outcome.My initial telephone consultation in January was brief and not conducted by a lead doctor (in fact his credentials weren’t even confirmed). I expected a follow-up call from the doctor or surgery closer to my surgery on February 12, but this didn’t happen, rather a text message the day before. On the day of surgery, my consultation with Dr. Rafiq was good, but I was slightly disappointed by some details. For instance, a team member came in to shave my hair when I had opted to keep the top unshaven—something they should have been aware of. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room could have been better; I noticed bleach bottles left out on the side. The surgical staff were generally polite and kind, but they didn’t explain much of the process unless I specifically asked. However, the implant surgeon was particularly friendly and helpful.Dr. Rafiq did check in during the transplant and again towards the end, but a final consultation after the procedure would have felt more reassuring. Instead, the implant surgeon provided general post-care advice. For some reason, the whole experience felt a bit rushed and lacked personality, making it less reassuring than I had hoped.Overall, there is definite room for improvement in their customer service and hygiene. While the staff were friendly, better communication and attention to detail by the senior team would enhance the experience. That said, for the price, this level of service may be expected. I’ll provide an update on the results in six months.
Review on behalf of my husband. I have been for 2 treatments now. I had my hair transplant done on the front first then went back after 3 months for the crown. I am so happy with the results so far. Everyone was very professional and welcoming. They answered all of my questions even afterwards I was able to contact someone out of hours for advice when needed. They check my progress still and give advice. I would definitely use this company agian and recommend to anyone looking for a hair transplant
My experience getting a hair transplant at Hair growth centre has been great so far. Dr Sami and his team were really professional and took time to explain everything clearly which helped calm my nerves. They made sure I knew what to expect and felt comfortable the whole way through. Also big thanks to shahida – she's been super helpful, always answering my questions and checking up on me to see how I’m doing. That kind of support means a lot when you’re going through something like this. Overall very happy with how it’s all been handled.
