I had a great experience at hair growth centre. The doctors and nurses were incredibly kind and attentive. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. The hospital was clean and well-organized, and the staff made a stressful situation much more manageable. Thank you to everyone for your excellent service.
Fast forward to procedure day: everything ran smoothly and professionally. I arrived early, was greeted by name, and briefed again before the procedure. I was seen by a different doctor than my consultant, which I initially questioned, but they explained the team-based approach clearly, and I met the medical professionals before the procedure began. Everyone was respectful and took their time to make sure I was comfortable. I even met another patient who was returning for their second procedure, that alone spoke volumes!
Yes, I was offered a same day booking discount, but there was zero pressure. I appreciated that they offered a refundable deposit option, which gave me the chance to think things through without losing my slot. It felt like they understood the emotional weight of this decision and that's rare.
Yes, the day was long, that’s to be expected when you’re doing something as intricate as a hair transplant. But at no point did I feel unsafe or unsure. The numbing process wasn’t pleasant (let’s be honest, no injection ever is), but the team were responsive and made sure I was okay throughout. The aftercare instructions were clearly explained, and I was given everything I needed for the healing process.
Had my hair transplant done here 3 weeks ago they were great very friendly and helpful, I was bit skeptical cause the price was so cheap but staff were great and the facilities were very clean.I read through all the bad reviews on here and alot of people complaining that there hair transplant didn't work and they wanted a refund but transplants arent a hundred percent effective and sometimes don't take no matter how good the surgery was so please do your own research before leaving a bad review but anyway would highly recommend only been 3 weeks and I know it's early days but I'm very happy with my experience and how my hair is looking.
PRP with Dr Rafiq was simple and painless. The clinic is bright and calm. They even offerscented candles in the waiting area, which sounds odd but made it feel relaxing. I had threesessions, one month apart. Dr Rafiq checked each time to see if I was happy with progress. Now myhair is stronger and I have less bald spots. I still use their recommended shampoo and vitamins.Nice service and results
I would like to thank Dr Vishel Nayak, his technicians and all the staff at the Romford clinic for my procedure yesterday, it was my second procedure at the clinic, and as the last time the proficionalism and care and kindness was absolutely brilliant, I would not hesitate (and have recommended) Dr vishel and his team to my friends and anyone who needs a hair procedure done. Dr Mahdi did my hair transplant and I can't stop smiling. The clinic has a nice, bright vibe. Theyhave a coffee machine and comfy seats. Dr Mahdi is friendly and explained everything step by step.The transplant took five hours, but nurses kept me comfortable. After surgery, they gave me acooling gel and instructions. I felt supported the entire time. Now at almost 13 months, my hairlooks amazing. Everyone asks where I got it done.
