Consultation

Last week, I accompanied my partner for a consultation. Although the consultant was informative, I found his approach to be highly insensitive. He didn't seem to care whether he engaged with us or built rapport but went straight in asking personal questions (which I acknowledge are necessary for the assessment of the condition) without any showing any understanding that these are sensitive matters. I am aware this is not a mental health assessment, but the consultant could have been a little more empathic or at least, make things lighter by just being a bit more engaging.

Just had the FUE procedure and the day…

Just had the FUE procedure and the day has gone so smoothly. Slight discomfort when injections happen but that was the worst of it. Excellent treatment from all the staff and Dr Shuaib Mir. A very easy but tiring day.
