I had a FUE procedure at the Manchester clinic with Dr Band and his team. I cannot fault this practice from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. Every stage of the process was explained to me thoroughly and I knew exactly what was going on throughout. I was very anxious beforehand put I needn’t have been as I was totally put at ease.It was completely pain free for me which I wasn’t expecting as I was told some of the injections may hurt a little initially but I felt nothing, I’m not saying this is the same for everyone but it was for me.The aftercare is also fantastic I had a phone call first thing this morning from Sam, patient liaison nurse who was lovely, she was checking on my wellbeing post procedure and answered any questions I had.I would not hesitate recommending HGC clinic in Manchester to anyone considering Hair Transplantation.A big thank you to everyone involved yesterday and especially to Rajesh at the HGC in Birmingham where I went for my initial consultation and will attend for aftercare treatments, his customer service is amazing and he truly cares about his clients, nothing is too much trouble for him and he answers all my queries (and I’ve had a few!) straight away thank you again Rajesh, Dr Band, Sam and the whole team 🫶🏼
Had a fantastic experience with Dr Shuiab, john and the rest of the team. They were very helpful and made the whole process very easy and stress free. During the surgery they had always made sure I was okay and not expieriencing any pain. Came through a recommendation and will surely recommend this clinic to both family and friends.
I had my hair transplant in Manchester in January 2022. It all went well. The pain was unbearable and ended up having over 100 numbing injections into my scalp. 2 years in and my transplanted area has almost all fallen out. If I have any advice to anyone thinking of a hair transplant, it would be “accept it” and don’t waste you money. After it was completed my fringe wasn’t even straight and sloped up on one side. Shampoos don’t work, tablets don’t work, it’s all a scam to rinse people out of money.

There was 2 nurses dealing with my hair transplant, 1 of which did not have a clue what she was doing. She was asking questions throughout the process all the time. Half way through my transplant one of the young ladies fell off the chair. I do not know how. They both continued to laugh and giggle all the way through my transplant. It has only been a couple of weeks after my operation therefore I can not comment on how the transplant will be yet.But the service was very childish and unprofessional and I am very unhappy with the service I received.I will wait to see the end product and If I am unhappy I will take this matter further.

The surgery and after care was really good. 6 months in I am happy with the results.The WhatsApp messaging offered quick support when needed and my questions were always answered.The surgeon was professional and the overall value was was well worth it.
I had my surgery with Dr Vishal Nayak. The nurses and the doctor at the clinic were great. My procedure was explained to me fully before it began. Despite it being longer than anticipated I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout . I'm 6 months into my transplant and the results are very satisfactory . I'd highly recommend this clinic, as would my girl friend who is also very happy with the procedure.
Hi , please avoid at all cost!!!. It’s been 2 years now & 2 hair transplants, from start to finish, it has been a nightmare. Firstly I book to have it done by dr Shuaib Mir, on 4th of January 2022 , the day before I was booked in , having no instructions on pre operation at 5 o’clock I had to ring up to see what was going on, only to be told they had double booked , & now going to maidevale to have it done by dr zakar Rafiq. I paid for 2 hair transplants that would be 2500 grafts each transplant. I recon I’ve had less than 1500 grafts in two transplants. After 2 years I have huge gaps between each hair follicle & u can tale that it’s nowhere near a good job!!!. U can tale I’ve had a very bad job. So after 12months I went back to see DR ZAKAR RAFIQ for my 1 year review, I told him I was not happy at all, & feel ripped right off!!! To which he fed me a load of lies , & said it will get better in the next 6 months & to come back, & he booked me in!!!So I was booked to come back, AGAIN a day before due to come back , I rang up , to which I was told DR ZAKAR RAFIQ does not work tomorrow, so he booked me in noing that he was not going to be there anyway, so nice lady at reception I spoke to said we’re re book , so I booked in for the 4th of January exactly 2 years till the day when had first transplant. AGAIN no emails or nothing!!!.This company is absolute joke DR ZAKAR RAFIQ is absolute joke!!! I’m now taking it in my own hands , like getting in touch with the newspapers to let everyone no they are a RIP OFF , & please go to Turkey!!!.
