Amazing results after 1 year! I had my hairline done with dr shuaib at the maida vale branch and i have to say its given me so much more confidence. Ive come through a recommendation and will no doubt be further recommending this to friends and family.
The outcome has exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Dr Shuaib, my hairline is as good as new! Full disclosure: the process wasn’t comfortable, but that’s on me. I could have done more to prepare myself so I knew what to expect. My only complaint is that I was very anxious on the day, and didn’t appreciate being asked to make financial decisions around previously undiscussed PRP treatments. I felt a bit pressured to spend an extra £500. That aside, I’m very pleased with the results. They have been life changing.
1. The consultation was brilliantly explained 2 Customer's service was excellent before surgery. 3. During the surgery I was well looked after, making sure I was comfortable with the procedure. 4. After surgery procedure , instructions was explained accurately and how to follow it.5. Follow ups , and me calling for advise about my condition was excellently paid attention.

Biggest mistake of my life. I had my transplant in the summer of 2022 and right now it looks like I had it done last week. I don’t even know where to begin. The process alone is painful as hell and to this day 20 months on the scabs from the injections are still there and hurting. Every aftercare procedure followed. Absolutely minimal growth in the transplanted area and theres a very noticeable patch in the donor area aswell. During the surgery the doctor that’s supposed to be doing it isn’t even there!!!!! You see him for max 20 minutes and the rest is done by a bunch of people you’ve never met or know you’re getting into bed with. Was told time and time again to “Apply minoxidl and wait” but Minoxidil shouldn’t have to be used if the “medical professionals” had done their job properly. I’m not even the type of person to do this and I honestly tried to be patient and professional but these people have messed my confidence up so bad I couldn’t explain if I tried. I’m enraged at how I’m £2350 down and they’ve managed to make my hair look worse than it did to begin with. Now I’ll be doing what I should have done the first time and head to Turkey to correct the mess these people have made. If you’re a black person or any person for that matter looking to get a hair transplant please run for the hills away from this place because you’ll end up with people you didn’t agree to operating on you and paying someone else more money to fix the shambolic results.👍🏾
11 months post op and the results are average to say the least. The aftercare is nonexistent, the 6 month check up is non existent, tried multiple times to book but they are not interested in the slightest. All they want is a photo prior which you assume is for them to assess prior to a call but no it’s for their socials. So yeah 11 months in and not once have I successfully spoken to anyone about the results or progress. Wouldn’t use again
So happy with outcome of my hair transplant. I have suffered from hair lose since I was diagnosed with PCOS as a young women loosing my hair was affecting my self confidence. I searched around to find a the best clinic to have my transplant done. I was recommend to come here. And I am glad I did. Lovely caring team. After I had the surgery you can contact Dr Nayak regarding any concerns or just general questions. And you get a quick response. I felt I had support before during and after my Surgey. I am 12 months post and everyone around me is saying how good it looks and how much it has changed me as a person. I have finally said good bye to all the head scarfs I use to wear before making this decision to go ahead with the hair transplant. I would advice the team one thing just communicate more with your patients before surgery starts who will be doing what. I am the type of person to ask question but some others might not be. Thanks again to you all and for helping improving my confidence 😊
