I had my hair transplant on 21 September 2025 in Kenton, London, My consultant recommended Dr. Alosert as he was the best surgeon to cover my type of hairloss. Dr. Alosert and his team. From start to finish, the experience was excellent.Dr. Alosert was extremely helpful and knowledgeable — he took the time to explain the process clearly, which really put me at ease. His team, Raj and Nathila (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name), were warm and very comforting throughout the procedure. Their professionalism and care made the whole experience much smoother than I expected.Everything looks fine now, and I’m looking forward to seeing great results in the months ahead.Overall, I felt well looked after and confident in the team’s expertise. I’d highly recommend Dr. Alosert and his staff to anyone considering a hair transplant.
🚨Birmingham Hair Growth Centre (8 George Road, Birmingham) 🚨I am writing this to warn the public based on my real and documented experience.🗓️ What Happened to MeI attended a consultation at the Birmingham clinic on 19 September 2025. I met a staff member called Muhammad (also known as Salman Sheikh) and a manager named Rajesh Patel. I was encouraged to book quickly and was told the procedure would be carried out locally. The following day, I paid a £1,000 deposit.I was then informed that the surgery would actually take place in Kenton, London, at a different clinic called My Hair Transplant, on Sunday 21 September at 8AM.I travelled to London, arrived early, and paid the remaining £800. I was taken into a very cold room, had my blood pressure checked once, and was immediately told it was “too high.” Within minutes, the surgery was cancelled. I was not shown the reading, was not given time to rest and re-test, and was even offered medication on the spot, which I refused. I have no history of blood pressure problems.That same day, I had my blood pressure checked three times at a pharmacy in Birmingham — all readings were normal. I continued to monitor it for the next three days and sent photo evidence as requested. They ignored all of it.❗ What Made the Situation Even More ConcerningAfter researching the company on 24 September 2025, I found many reviews describing almost identical experiences. I returned to the Birmingham office to demand a refund.Muhammad advised me to email their “head office” and even suggested wording to improve my chances. I followed his instructions.Four days later, I received an email from someone called Amit Jaiswal, stating that a refund would only be considered if I provided medical evidence that I was permanently unfit for a hair transplant. This was despite the cancellation being made by their own clinic.On 1 October 2025, I returned again to speak to a manager. After delays, I was promised a call the next day. When I received that call on 2 October, I was again told no refund without a doctor’s letter. I returned to the office again and refused to leave without a fair resolution.The police were called on me.When the police arrived, I remained calm, explained everything, and showed evidence including similar online complaints. The officers were understanding and advised me to report the matter to the relevant authorities.⚠️ NDA Pressure, Review Removal & Regulatory ConcernsI was later:Asked to remove my reviews in exchange for my refundPressured to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) as a condition of being refundedTold to send the signed NDA directly to one of the managers via WhatsAppAs of 27 November 2025, I have still received no refund whatsoever, purely because I have refused to sign the NDA and remove my reviews.I also discovered that Birmingham Hair Growth Centre does not appear to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), whereas My Hair Transplant in Kenton is registered. This raised even more serious concerns for me about regulation and accountability.⚠️ My Honest Warning to the PublicFrom my experience, this business:Gave misleading information about treatment locationCancelled at the last minute using medical reasons I later proved falseTook full payment before any treatmentRefused a refund without unreasonable medical demandsTried to link refunds to NDA signing and review removalDirected legal paperwork through WhatsApp rather than formal channelsThis process has caused me serious financial loss, emotional distress, and ongoing stress for over two months.✅ What I Am Doing NextI am reporting this matter to:Trading Standards via Citizens AdviceAction Fraud UKThe Care Quality Commission (CQC)And the General Medical Council (GMC) if any staff claim to be qualified doctors⚠️ This is my truthful personal experience. I strongly urge anyone considering these clinics to proceed with extreme caution, keep all written evidence, and fully research before paying any money.
On arrival the staff were very friendly and efficient, after registration I was shown to my room where Dr Vishal Nayak and 2 technicians Denzi and Vera prepared me for the procedure, I was made to feel very relaxed and comfortable.The whole process went very smoothly.I would like to thank Dr Nayak and his team for their professionalism.
I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic during my first appointment .Before booking my appointment, I specifically asked about parking and was told they had parking available and that I could park in any bay. I drove for over an hour to get there, only to find that all their limited spaces (just 4 bays!) were already taken. When I went inside, the receptionist casually told me there was no other parking available nearby.This is completely unacceptable. If parking is so limited, they should clearly inform patients before making them travel all the way, instead of misleading them into thinking parking won’t be an issue. I wasted my time, fuel, and effort, and had no choice but to leave without even attending my appointment.If they can’t be transparent and organised about something as basic as parking, it makes me seriously question how professional and reliable they are in other areas of their service. Very poor experience – I would not recommend this clinic.
Customer service poor. Ignore several messages literally read them on what’s app and ignore. From what I believe these are a different department to surgical staffStaff who carry out the treatment on the other hand are fantastic very accommodating Megan and her team were great
Dr Vishal and technicians made my hair transplant a great experience. Very friendly and give you all the information before and after treatment. It’s a long day but it went quite quickly. It’s the day after my treatment and I have no swelling or pain and it seems all has gone to plan. Will be a few months before I see the results but so far so good. Would definitely recommend Hair Growth Clinic Romford if you are considering
