They were very professional, explained all steps in detail before proceeding. They made me very comfortable all through the procedure so much so that I didn't know when we were done! The after care has also been great. I have already recommended them to my friends that need the same service.
Overall experience was very good. Dr Munir and the team looked after me well. Communication was very good explaining the whole day and told me lots of information throughout. I left the clinic feeling good and I am now starting my recovery on day 1. Update* Now on Day 15. Feeling good with the new hairline. The team have been on regular contact with myself making sure I am ok. Get in touch if you want it doing as it will change your confidence for sure! I will update in several months once the hair grows etc. Big thank you to the team, really nice genuine people.
Just had my hair transplant at the Manchester clinic with Dr Gillani. He explained everything really well and drew a very natural hairline, which I’m really happy with. The team were super friendly and kept chatting with me during the procedure, which helped me stay relaxed. No pain apart from the quick anaesthetic injections, which did hurt but was expecting worse based on reading the experience of other people online, it’s only for about 10 minutes or so, so it’s bearable and once you push through everything else is painless. Overall, a great experience — too early to see results yet but I’ll update once the growth comes through.

My husband recommended Hair Growth Centre after his surgery. I did PRP with Dr Mahdi for my postpartum hair loss. He explained the process kindly and didn't push me for surgery. I had slight bruising but it went away in two days. Now at month seven, my hair is stronger and shinier.
I've seen a lot of reviews on here basically saying negative things about the Manchester clinic and Dr Munir, but I'd like to add my experience and im pleased to say it was a positive one.I did extensive research before taking on a HT, I had realistic expectations and knew what I was getting myself into. I think a lot of people either don't research enough and expect miracles or have no idea what they signed up for.Dr Munir is a straight-talker (and boy can he talk!) but he is a professional and at no point did I feel like I was in danger or being mistreated. He was very open and honest about what was achievable, and a bit of banter as we talked helped relax my nerves.I feel sorry for the team of technicians who perform the extractions and implants - they do not get enough credit for their work and are abused on here continuously. I can't help but feel there is an undercurrent of racism going on here, because despite any language barriers they were absolutely lovely to me and listened when I felt pain and needed a top up of anesthetic.My procedure was complicated by my diagnosed hypertension, and I believe me I was bleeding like a mother fudger! They really went all out to make me feel safe however, gave me tablets to reduce the bleeding and patched me up at the end. One final thing - this is a cosmetic procedure. It is not the NHS. You MUST research everything yourself before committing. The team are there to perform your wishes as quickly and painlessly as they can, and just because Dr Munir is in charge it does not mean he does it all! If that were the case, they would only have one patient a day.I am very happy so far with my outcome and recommend Manchester!
I got a transplant with Dr Sami and nurse Noor assisted. Everything wasexplained clearly. I liked that they showed me my graft count and donor areabefore starting. The transplant took six hours, but the nurses checked on meregularly. After fewmonths, I have a full hairline.
