Health Partner’s say they are run by the people for the people and that they are not for profit organisation but when you are paying the Gold cover and you need their support, they try every excuse not to pay. The customer service team are ok and try to help but their superiors have the final say and definitely try their hardest not to pay out in the time of need.If you are a South Australian and like the idea of a South Australian company to support, it doesn’t mean they are going to provide us with the best service. Shop around because there are better Health Insurances out there who actually care about your health. Most people won’t have to claim much on private health and that’s why we don’t know how good each health insurance companies are but when you do have to claim, you quickly find out that they are just about making money which I found out about Health Partner’s - definitely do not live up to their slogan “Run by the people for the people”They will use every loop hole possible, be aware!!
I have been with Health Partners for over 30yrs. I have always found HP competitive and offering great services. It is always easy to speak to someone when needed. I use the Dental and Optical services.I have recommended Health Partners to other people.

Following my recent stay in hospital for a knee replacement all the home visits for a nurse and physio and as well hire of necessary aids for a month were all arraned and organised and to my surprise were all part of my membership, so of no additional expense.!
We received excellent service and follow up help and advice from Linda and staff at H/P Optical at Morphett Vale. Nothing was any trouble for them which eased our concerns when buying reading glasses. We phoned Ms Sims to pass on our appreciation. Many thanks once again.
Today i went to Health Partner on Kingwilliam Rd, i waited for 45 mins has one customer a male staff serving a lady. The rest of staffs such ignoranced to me that is rude at lease should be acknowledge that i am a customer coming to purchase glasswear, Usually i go to Pirie street , staff are very helpful and honest, i can not belive how rude the staff at King William rd branch, i would be happy to hear these staff should be well train in Customer service, i am incredible upset took me to drive there 45 mins and terrible traffic & road repair. Irs spoiled my day.It doesn’t worst any star for my reviewed.
