My concern is the waiting periods

My concern is the waiting periods, very strick with it. an offer for no waiting for having a baby , just for new clients, what happen with old ones???

Seriously reviewing my cover

I'm seriously looking into potentially changing health insurance providers. I'm incredibly disappointed at some aspects of my silver hospital/extras cover! I cannot believe that massage is not included in Silver extras cover and I'm severely let down that I receive such little rebate on my physio run pilates. Furthermore, it's rubbish that Pilates isn't covered at all if it's not run by a physio. I don't feel the things that matter to me are adequately covered! Disappointingly I don't expect anything will come from me having taken the time to offer this feedback.

would be better if payment invoices…

would be better if payment invoices where payable in smaller amounts throughout the year and have longer due date on them.
