We have had very good experiences with Health Partners services, especially Dental and optical. I would really appreciate if it was possible to extend support for more Physio and Chiropractic services if we needed it due to chronic conditions. It would be good if Health Partners could seriously look at this issue.

Value declining

A few years ago I would have rated HP at 5 stars, due to its delivery of excellent value services. A high level of services are continuing to be delivered, but there has been an erosion in the value-for-money obtained. Gap payments seem to have increased (as a percentage of total costs) in many extra's cover items, even in HP own dental clinics, for example.

Thank God both my wife and myself are with Health Partners

Thank God both my wife and myself are privately covered by Health Partners and have taken out Gold Extras. I am sure that had we not been with Heath Partners and reliant on the Public we wouldboth be dead by now.My recent visits to a Private Hospital and the numerous visits by specialists whilst in Hospital have all been covered.

We have been with Health Partners for at least 40 years and found them to be very good. They have served us well. We would not dream of changing to another health fund.

Peace of mind

Medical and hospital cover gives a sense of security when the unexpected health ‘glitches’ occur. Health partners have always been good to deal with.

Overall'pretty good

Overall, pretty good policy. Definitely excellent customer service. Maybe it would be good to be able to drop cover for what we don't need? ...but then we might end up paying more for whats left?
