Speedy service

Ordered a refurbished pump on Sunday 22nd December, so did not hold out much hope of it arriving before christmas. Pump was delivered to me on the 24th and was in tip top condition. Fitted and working before lunch time so saved a freezing Christmas.Well done and a big thank you.

Perfect experience

I ordered via the website on Friday afternoon. Despite saying that orders after 1pm would be processed the next working day, my order was processed within an hour or so of being placed. The part provided was carefully packaged and exactly as described. Faultless! My part was a refurbished Potterton Promax 24 HE Plus A System PCB and it arrived in great condition and is working fine.
