Review Time
I have started to utilize Heidi for my clinic patients. It has saved me so much time with documentation, I am able to spend that time with my patients rather than spending the time dictating or typing my notes. It is very fluid and I am able to personalized my notes based on different patient types.I would highly recommend giving it a try and save your self 5-20 min each patient.
I've started using Heidi during my GP consults and find it very helpful by cutting down my typing time. I can concentrate on taking my history and examination, read out patient investigation results and formulate a plan then Heidi summaries the consult and even separates the issues out. Rarely is there a mistake or something I have to alter. It filtered out all unnecessary chit chat. I just copied and pasted into the patient notes. Heidi has patient consent forms as well. I can't wait to try it out for mental health care plans
I'm a registered dietitian and have started using Heidi to save time with charting. I love it because it often catches something I would have otherwise missed in my chart note. Very user friendly. Sound detection is quite sensitive so you dont feel like you have to yell into the mic. My charting notes have improved and I've cut my charting time by at least half! Will keep using for sure.
Brilliant tool for discussions and/or reviews. Collates all information and divides it into sub sections for a really clear and accurate review. Heidi is able to identify the relevant information needed and transcribe it appropriately. The information can be used for documentation purposes or to create relevant communications using the Heidi templates. Very useful tool to aid better face to face interactions.
Using Heidi has made my clinic run on time for the first time in years! One of the biggest surprises is that the quality of my interactions with my patients has increased massively, which makes work feel more rewarding, in an era of mass burnout where we are all being asked to do more and more. The team are so responsive to any queries and my notes are clear!
This is a game changer! the number one bug bear of our job is spending so much time doing notes. and that dreaded feeling when you get behind on your notes and you know you will be spending all weekend catching up. Not anymore! Heidi not only saves me time but does a far better job of taking notes than I do! thank you
