Heidi in Canada

I met the enthusiastic Heidi team at WONCA in Oz last November and was impressed with the vision of decreasing the admin burden in the GP office.So 6 months later and SUPER happy to trial the free note transcription. I’m very impressed with the amount of time it’s saving and other “issues” that are captured during the last 20 seconds of the visit. They are frustrating but it’s recorded at least.Next up true A1.Next steps would be the template adaption and integration with my EMR in Canada

Game changer

Heidi is geared for psychiatric providers which sets them aside from other platforms. The layout of the templates saves providers a ton of time.

Absolutely amazing

Absolutely amazing. Have been telling all my colleagues about it. Even copes with interuptions to the consultation, by staff walking in and having a discussion - doesn't include any of that in the notes.Very good summary. I would recommend you start using this straight away.

Game Changer

It changes health care forever. I use it for mental health assessments and it is so good at picking details and then putting them under the appropriate headings. Also allows me to flesh out some parts afterwards if I feel necessary. Very impressed

App is good

App is good, helpful in consultation with owner. Good for interpreting a dictated history. Definitely need to double check what is written. Would be good if there was a tip sheet regarding limitations to be able to use it best

phenomenal and easy

Amazing software. Decided to try this last week. Just started using in clinic. The quality of the summary is phenomenal. The capture of the pertinent info is excellent and cancels out all the non relevant stuff. Seems to handle accents with no difficulty. The template generator is excellent. I know no coding and within a few clicks and human input into what I want it to generate, it’s learnt and now my letters already read sound like me. I’m so excited to see how this will grow in our practice. Very very impressed. We have used software based transcription software and Heidi is miles ahead of that!
