This has changed so much in such a short time. Initially I was hesitant to give it a go but for the last week I’ve become a convert. I spend my time talking to my patients rather than typing. I can’t recommend Heidi Health strongly enough, it will blow your mind!
I am a clinical psychologist, and I was honestly skeptical about how this was going to work. However, it's everything I have ever wanted, a tool that cuts down my administration time significantly so I can focus on my clients. The accuracy of the notes incredible and detailed, as though I had written myself which normally takes 10 to 15 minutes.
Absolutely Awesome Accurate AI Scribe! I am using this to create well formatted H&P notes on my patients seen in the emergency department. Love the ‘Goldilocks’ voice but also will tweak settings to a SOAP note or Super Detailed voice depending on the patient encounter (Useful to do this for Mental Health Consults)From Dr Avron Heyman, Emergency physician Western Hospital & PCH on Prince Edward Island, Canada.
This is a GAME CHANGER! I am a pediatric speech therapist. I use the software mostly for inital intakes. It allows me to play with the child, and talk to the parent without having to take notes. The interview is transcribed so well, it seems like magic.
Excellent transcribing, does a great job of sorting the information how I need it to be sorted. Quick to transcribe as well. Only thing is I wish it would automatically upload to my Jane system which we use for our charting. However the quick copy and past isn’t long or difficult to use.
Makes documentation much easier and intuitive. At times, there would have been details I would have missed out on had i dictated or write out my note, but the “super detailed” mode makes use of direct quotes, which i found super helpful. The organizational ability is AMAZING and sorts out info where they belong (eg if they mention “oh I dont smoke”, it would generate under social history “never smoker”). Does take some time to change tour mindset around having it do your note for you, but learning curve is not steep.
I have been looking for this product for a long time. Finally! It is excellent for dictating my notes after seeing a patient and using AI, converting the notes to useable, simple, easy SOAP notes and other formats. I love how easy this is, and I can make my notes much more personal. Just a conversation with HEIDI makes it possible and suddenly, like magic, the notes are converted to clear, concise audiological language. I would love to see this work directly with my patient database provider someday. For now, I'm thrilled with this!!! I'm just beginning to explore the features and am excited to discover what is next. And ... an APP is coming soon, I hear. Yay!
I've tried multiple AI scribes in the past and was always disappointed. Heidi is easy to use and is the only one I've found to capture the essential information and weed out the noise. Pricing is great. Excellent customer service. I look forward to them rolling out more features in the future
