Review Time
Made a purchase and the website captured an old address. I IMMEDIATELY updated my address while the order was still processing. I also submitted multiple tickets through their website to update the shipping and updated my shipping in the account. Two days later I see that the order was shipped to the old address. No reply to my request, no way to contact them. No recourse at all whatsoever.
Scammers,fake reviewsposted,they wont refund the whole amount even if you cancel and they havent shipped/just ordered,they will 200 dollars for nothing,goodness gracious this a scam this should be investigated by authorities, i will post this everyday until u refund my money. order # HE25000000528415
These 5 star reviews are all fake. I ordered 4 items totaling $113 and they all look cheaper than what you find on Temu. Even though the website said you can return within 30 days, however, when I tried to return them, they told me that I cannot because their return address is in China and I would have to pay $50 shipping PLUS custom fees and extra. They suggested that I keep it and offered an $18 coupon to use towards ANOTHER item. If I did not like the first item, why would I want to purchase another. Your return policy on your website is fake. This is fraud. Everyone should know that they can not return once they've purchased even though your return policy states that we have 30 days to return. I will be reporting to BBB.
Not a very good company, cheaply made, ordered a personalized chain, everything was fine came as i ordered, so i was happy at first, within 2 weeks the product has started to rust, i took pictures and sent it to the company along with an email and first response was to blame me saying i had exposed it to water or sweat which is why it rusted, i told then that i did not however if wearing it isn't it aways exposed to sweat anyway, they then sent me a discount voucher as compensation but tbh why would i buy from them again when the first product didn't even last two weeks, Avoid tbh, cheap products at expensive prices.
I ordered a fleece of them and throughout it I never received the email saying it was getting shipped. I kept emailing in checking up on it, and they said it's being made. A month has passed and I'm asking for a refund as it still hasn't been sent, I've now been told that my item is out of stock and they are avoiding my attempts to get a refund by keep mentioning that it's out of stock and I can exchange it for something else, not giving me the refund.
