I was previously a customer of hello millions social online casino. At the time I was spending too much money so I requested that they close my account. Now that I have my finances in order I reached out to them and requested for my account to be reopened. It is now 7 plus days later and I finally have someone respond who is asking me for pictures of every card that I had used on that site. I explained to them that I only have one card now as I have my finances in better repair. The other cards have been destroyed and those accounts have been closed. They responded with they need proof. I would have to send my credit report to prove the number of cards I had listed with them at that time have been closed. I uploaded the one card that I kept as they requested. Obviously, they don't want my business. While I understand safety precautions of determining identity, what do they want with all of those closed cards?
Hellomillions has locked my account and is holding over 1500 of my money. I’ve gone thru the process to inquire - as nothing unsavory or illegal was done with my account. They are giving me the runaround. Their phone number goes to VM every time. I’ve left several voice messages and have submitted support requests with no resolution. They’ve told me 72 hours and it’s almost TWO WEEKS at this point.
The system is a scam. It knows when you have money to spend. I've noticed a cycle if I only purchased $5 and play 20 cents it will. Let me win a little bit but always ends up taking it in the end if i Purchase larger amounts and bet larger It will give me a bonus here and there.Let me get up to about a 150 and then take it every time.Making me think it's possibly going to play but never ends up playing in the end. They're not dumb they now what there doing.
