Update: No less than a Day and I already got my gift cards, Im surprised at how fast I got them, and hassle free. i will be playing hellomillions more often and i definitely recommend this site. i am really happy and satisfied with the outcome of my winnings redemption speed. I've been playing hellomillions.com for a couple of years now and for the most part I havent had any problems, until now. Two of of my bank cards I've used on my account had fraudulent activity on them and I reported it to my banks. About a week later my account with hellomillions is locked. Okay, I understand why. So I sent them an email explaining the situation. I've now received about a dozen messages from their support saying they are busy and will get to me when they can or saying they have escalated the matter to a team higher up. I've sent them more messages trying to get an update on the matter since it's been about a month now. I still haven't heard anything useful back and my account is still LOCKED. This WAS one of my favorite sites to play on. For obvious reasons it no longer is and I wouldn't recommend anyone to play here if this how they solve problems, by locking its customers out of their accounts and ignoring the problem.
Just like another player said, I’ve redeemed my winning before. Now they just keep denying my redemptions. I’ve given them everything they asked for and then they asked me for something that isn’t possible. I wrote them that what they asked for is not what their example shows as Apple Cash does not show your name with the card number. The example they show doesn’t show a name either so now I feel they are scamming me. I’ve supplied so many photos and they eventually stopped answering me and are making me start the process over. I don’t get it!? I’m a verified user with a previous redemption. Why all of the sudden is this site scamming people? I’ve played way too much money to let this go. It literally kept me up all night because they email you at 3 am and if you don’t reply then it’s another 24 hr wait. I’m so mad! I really enjoyed this site and would’ve continued playing but I will stop and give all bad reviews if they don’t honor my redemption that I won fairly. I would not recommend playing on this site with real money. I will update if they pay me. We are in day 8 now and it’s the start of the weekend so it will be going on week 2. So aggravating !!

It’s crazy how much it takes to get a hit. Don’t get me wrong, i understand that it’s slots and you aren’t going to win all the time but I hit better when I go to Hard Rock. But that’s what I am paying for; the convenience. That is the most valuable part of Hello Millions. I can play it from my bed or while I am at work. That part of the game play is incredible and they truly know how to keep the wheels spinning!!!
