I saw a necklace that showed two names and a heart in between but I really wanted an infinity symbol instead. I saw they did infinity charms and so I emailed the company and a lovely representative called Ben told me that unfortunately the charm would be very small but that he’d ask the design team to see if that was possible for them to implement that instead of a heart. He got back to me on email to let me know it was possible and so once I placed my order he kindly asked for the order number to ensure the infinity design took place. It arrived today and I absolutely love it! They have great necklaces and designs on there anyway but the fact they could implement something that I would like, I have been blown away! Really really grateful I chose this company to get a personalised necklace as it’s obvious they really do care about making jewellery special for their customers. Thank you so much hey big day and a special thank you to Ben, you are amazing!!!!
It arrived with in a couple of days and it is beautiful for our great great niece for her christening and something for her to remember us by just what we were looking for our daughter got one as a gift 58 years ago and she would not part with it thank you
Brought a mama necklace for my other half for Christmas in silver. The necklace looked great and I knew she would love it.Then come the problem once she put it on, she must have been wearing it for 30mins make and it had already broken.By the looks of it one of the links has come apart some how.HBD wants photo proof but as the necklace is very small and thin it’s had to get a good picture of the broken link.
